I'd like to take a shot at this but I'm a bit of a ludite am unsure how to format 4d6-lowest roll. Can someone please show me how? In the mean time I'll work on point buy.

You can't... You roll 4d6 and manually drop the lowest...
4d6 ⇒ (3, 1, 1, 6) = 11 so that is a 10

So the Horizon Walker's Terrain Dominance class feature states that a chosen Favored Terrain bonus is treated as a Favored Enemy bonus. I have not seen anything solid one way or another but would this allow me to take the feat Favored Defense?

So this is DeviousDevious's Cleric. I'd linked to him before, but I figured I'd make a post so he's easier to find. If I have time before the deadline, I might swap some of the later Cleric levels out for the 'Exalted' PrC, but other than that, he's all set.

Question to the GM, how would you rule the Create Spell Tattoo supernatural ability?

Create Spell Tattoo (Su)

At 7th level, a tattooed sorcerer can create a spell tattoo once per day with a single touch as a standard action. The recipient of the spell tattoo must be willing to receive the spell tattoo. If she gives the spell tattoo to herself, it does not count against the regular limit of magic tattoos she can have. The spell tattoo must be of a spell that she knows that has no material or focus component. She can maintain one spell tattoo created by this ability at a time—if she uses this ability again, the previous spell tattoo she created fades away. Spell tattoos she creates with Inscribe Magic Tattoo do not count against this limit. She can use this ability twice per day at 11th level, and three times per day at 15th level.

This ability replaces the bloodline feat gained at 7th level.

The way I see it is, you can create a scroll once per day that lasts until it's used. Do I need to provide the components (gold cost) for the spell, or is it simply created? Simply asking because three more spells per day of unlimited level, despite the no M or F component requirement and the minimum of a standard and a full-action required to use them is quite powerful.

Thanks, I'll tweak his build if you like, or do so if he's accepted. I think he mostly fits the requirements, other than the Leadership thing for his cohort (it's really his mount, so not sure if that matters, he doesn't keep followers) and his stats.
