Would you allow taking Monster feats like Improved Natural attack or Improved Natural armor that would only be effective in Wild shape or using my Wolf Shaman abilities?
Druids are always tricky to pick feats for, largely because of the variety of ways they can go.

Yes, you can pick feats that are usable only with wild shape forms.
Your Spell Focus (Conjuration) was probably a preamble to taking Augment Summoning with an eye to doing a lot of spontaneous summon nature's ally, but if you don't want to use summons then yeah, it's not that useful - the only other thing it would really be good for is taking Spell Specialization with some sort of conjuration, like a healing spell (I have one character with Spell Specialization in cure light wounds so that at level 3 she heals for 1d8+5 with it, which is nice for that level). Then as you gain levels you swap the specialization to successively higher level healing spells that have a better max bonus. But, druids don't get cure moderate/serious until a spell level later than clerics, so it's not as useful.

I thinks that's initially what I was thinking. Which given that I'll be able to summon any canine as a standard action with more HP, tacking on a bonus to Str and Con on top of that isn't bad.
Especially once I can call direwolves. Augmented then Superior = jacked up wolf pack

I'm pretty sure the only gear I can actually use of all that are the boots. Level-wise im gonna wait until I'm off my phone but I'm currently torn between another Combat Trick to get ranged feint or Black Market Connections or Bomber.

The first couple people who came to mind are already in Jade regent games, though I'm sure one of them would be up for another. I trust your judgement if you have anyone in mind. If you want to open up recruitment that works too. And yeah a link to Ameiko would definitely be a good thing.

Also yeah I'll be happy to take the headband, and agree with the assessment of the other items.

The potions were likely in the haversack because the previous owner found it a convenient way to carry and distribute them as needed! :D

So yeah, feat wise I'll probably go with Augmented Summoning, then take Superior Summoning (adds 1 every time I summon multiple creatures) to run around with a jacked up wolf pack.
And later on maybe even Versatile Summon nature's ally
Figure it's only fair to see what you think. While it definitely fits my theme, is means that it could theoretically unbalance things by me throwing numbers onto the battlefield.

You'll need it. One of the great things about fast summons of many critters is taking up battlefield positioning to make sure you can't be flanked. Keep that in mind. ;)

The kusarigama is named dancing wasp, and it's a +1 kusarigama that makes a shrill whistling sound when used in combat. Once per day as a full-round action you can whirl it over your head to summon a giant wasp. As long as you keep spinning it (a standard action), the wasp remains, up to 5 rounds. Value 12,392 gp, sale price 6,352 gp.

BTW the logbook made me chuckle. And if no one else wants it I'll rear the ring of the ram, I can easily see it flavored as summoning a spirit animal like a ram or elk to batter down something.
Question, how much down/travel time will we have before we pick up again. Thinking of crafting Shalelu a new composite longbow.

That's up to you. The trip to Kalsgard is pretty long, it may take a month or more on the road. You'll pass through a whole bunch of towns along the way, and you could stop at any one of them for a while.
If you want to do item creation or crafting, there's certainly some time now - but Ameiko doesn't want to delay too much, so you probably shouldn't take more than an extra month at most.
