Dungeon Master

You are welcome to keep going, but it has been a long day and to continue, you will all be fatigued. Please let me know what you decide to do.

yeah, I figured I'd be tired . . . but I really don't want Yab in trouble, and I'm a firm believe in "strike while the iron is hot." If any of the Blackscarzi are celebrating due to their victory over me, it will be easier to find 'em--I won't necessarily DO anything about it yet, but I at least want to see if I can FIND 'em. the Fatigued condition will reduce Dex skills by -1; I'll note that in future posts, but my previous stealth check is "only" 38 :-)

Male Human Paladin 9 (HP:68/102, AC: 28, Touch: 16; +10 Fort, +6 Reflex, +11 Will)

"I am not sure that I would be much help to you right now, Bofus - at least not until I have rested. Perhaps we should rest here until early morning? It may also be a good idea to re-engage those traps you made on the first couple of nights." Mantooth then lets out a yawn, covering it with his mouth as to not be rude.

Male Human 2

Matthias returns Humphrey to his stable and ensures the pressence of the guards before entering the wyvern.

He listens to Bofus' plan and is slightly worried.

If they already have one of the eyes of the dragon it could be dangerous to take it with you on your mission, taking the other eye directly to them could be exactly what they want. If they were to get a hold of the second eye I would hate to see what would happen. Also I don't know if I am willing to assume the bards innocence in this whole transgression. For all we know hes in league with the Blackscarzi and infiltrated the Wyvern in order to steal the second eye, for all we know it is in his room at this very moment...

Good thoughts. here's what I say:

First, there's no reason to think anyone but us is even aware there are two Eyes.
Second, I'm just doing recon, I'm not going to do anything risky.
Third, I won't get caught. *wink*
Finally, I'm all for suspecting Baron Von Wanker, but since he's here in this inn, I can check him out any time. We *know* Rotskill was after the eye, so honestly I think the Blackscarzi are our best guess. Since Rotskill had such a good day, I have a gut feeling he may be celebrating. I want to find him if he is, then I'll come right back here, and snoop in Lockstar's room too.

*blink* Um, Matthias, why don't you ask your guards if they saw or heard anyone enter the Wyvern after hours?? Who knows--we might get lucky and get a clue!

I'll continue the discussion if anyone still objects or has any reservations, but if not, I'll continue as above.

After thinking a moment, I do a double-take

Matthias, you may be right!! I mean, Florence fooled Rotskill into thinking the Eye was gone, didn't he?? So it's almost certainly NOT him!! Hmmmm . . .

Retcon--DMHW, I'm NOT yet going to go out. I might just try to snoop in Baron Von Wanker's room!!

Dungeon Master

You are all quite fatigued as you climb up the stairs to the second floor of the Stone Wyvern after a long day. Climbing carefully, each step appears to creak with each step you take. You each wonder if it will be enough to wake up the sleeping residents, or worse, the innkeeper. As you arrive in your rooms, the beds appear very inviting.

I have made a map of the 2nd floor of the upstairs of the Stone Wyvern. Please excuse the grass. It is actually dark outside. Also, the hallway is dark as there are no lights lit. Please tell me what light sources are being used. On the map I have placed characters in their assigned rooms.

@Bofus

Please indicate which door you are going to try and open (if you are).

@Everyone Else

Please state if you are going to go to bed or join Bofus in the hallway.

Stone Wyvern Upstairs

Female Human Bard 4

Extremely tired, Florence tries to follow the discussion and in the end adds

No, I'd bet all my savings that it wasn't Rotskill who stole the gem...I think it was that strange popstar...At least I was warned that he might be responsible for other acts of theft and robbery during some of his previous engagements.

Then she will go to bed at last.

You all should go to bed. Thordak, I'll sneak back in here in a minute--you won't even notice!

@DMHW--are the rooms numbered? Because upon reflection, Yab gave Lockstar "Room 7." If they *are* numbered, that's where I'll start.

First listen:
Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

then unlock the door as quietly as possible
Disable devie: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (10) + 14 = 24
Stealth: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (19) + 20 = 39

"Please feel free to wake us at any time, Bofus, should you need us."
Then, at Bofus' suggestion that the party should sleep, Mantooth heads to his room and is just barely able to get his armor off before he falls asleep for the night.

Male Human 2

Matthias in turn follows Mantooth to their room and falls asleep just as his head hits the pillow.

Dungeon Master

Bofus:
You are unable to hear any nose from behind door number 7. Carefully unlocking the door, you sneak inside the room. The room is very dark but you are able to see the silhouette of huddled bodies wrapped under the covers of each of the twin beds. The person in the bed closest to the wall appears to be snoring loudly.

Room Number 7 is the room in the lower left corner of your map. I have not reposted the map yet.

DMHW:
aahh, crap. Could be his familiar. I think I'll have to bide my time a bit.

I'll close the door. DId I manage to find the lockbox key? If so, I'll find it again and take it--I'd rather make sure htey dont' find it!

OK, enough for one night. Sleep now, handle matters tomorrow.

Dungeon Master

You all sleep very soundly, and morning arrives soon enough and you feel refreshed and ready for another day. Outside, the rain appears to be coming down in a light mist, which you know is well needed in this hot summer.

One by one as you come down stairs to the common room you are greeted by Trabalard Yab, who is ready to take your order for breakfast. "Top of the morning to you folks! I did not realize that you made it back last night. My, you heroes keep a busy schedule! So, what can I get you for breakfast this morning."

Female Human Bard 4

Florence yawns and stretches her aching muscles

Pancakes and a hot chocolate with whiskey...or any other tasty spirit.

She grins and seats herself at the table the party used during the last days. She will then get the flute from her pack and starts practicing with the instrument.

Dungeon Master

Trabalard starts and then does a double take when he registers what you just said. "Whisky for breakfast? My, you certainly are an adventurous lass. Is this a morning custom of yours from Galt?"

Female Human Bard 4

Florence laughs and replies

No, its one of my personal customs, helps to ease the daily toil, heh.

Dungeon Master

Trabalard chuckles to himself as he sets about the task of preparing your breakfast. In a short period of time, he comes out with a steaming hot plate of pancakes and a mug of hot chocolate with it. So my dear, are you having a good time following these Heroes of the Elsir Vale around? They seem to be an interesting bunch. Are you planning on writing a story of their adventures?"

I wake up and get dressed for action, including the cloak, new armor, rapier, and thieves' tools (I might just need them all today!).

DMHW:
you never answered whether I have the lockbox key . . . that's kind of important. :-) I need to know before I speak to Master Yab please!

As I head down to breakfast I keep fairly quiet and take a look around at the clientelle before actually going and sitting next to Florence.

Mornin luv. It occurs to me that I need to be "gone" if we're to continue our deception of Rotskill and Company. I need to let Master Yab in on some of our plans--that he needs to play along that I'm not here anymore, but that my cousin is. That way I've still got a safe house I can come to, you know?

As Yab makes it around again, I beckon him over. Master Yab, my friend . . . I need a word with you in private. It's quite important.

Female Human Bard 4

Joyfully munching her breakfast, Florence replies

Oh yeah Master Yab, these people are really nice folks, but since writing has never been one of my favorite occupations I will stick to oral presentations.
Bofus you're right, maybe we should buy you a fake beard?!

F Elf Magus / 3

Cebre prepares spells in her room (one of which is Identify), then heads to breakfast as well, joining Florence and Bofus.

Florence, might I hold the flute again, to try to further identify its properties?

After breakfast, cebre retires back to her room to try to identify the boots, the bracers, and the full powers of the flute.

Cast Identify (which, incidentally, lasts just long enough to gain teh bonus for 3 items!)

Spellcraft (boots) 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (14) + 24 = 38
Spellcraft (bracers) 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (11) + 24 = 35
Spellcraft (flute) 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (9) + 24 = 33

Dungeon Master

Bofus:
No you do not have the key to the lock box. Where were you hoping to find it?"

Oh. my lady. I forgot to mention. That nasty Rotskill character showed up last night looking for you. But I sent him out. I told him to be leaving you alone and all. I hope you don't mind."

DMHW:
Back on my 2nd post on this page, part of my actions were looking for the key in Roland's room, then in Yab's room -- but I never made checks for Yab's room, as I was waiting to see whether I'd found it in ROland's. My original idea was to hide the key, but then thought better of that and decided to keep in on me. So . . . I never found it?

Dungeon Master

Bofus:
Sorry I missed that. You would have found it in Master Yab's room. The gnome innkeeper was sleeping and the key was around his neck. In the interest of time, I will make those checks.

Bofus Stealth 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (4) + 20 = 24
Yab's Perception Check 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Bofus Sleight of Hand 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31

Very carefully, you lifted the key from around his neck and carefully pocketed it. Let's assume you have it now.

Cebrë:

Boots of Elvenkind
Bracers of Armor +1
Flute of Nextic

Gives +3 Enhancement Bonus of Perform Checks
By using both hands and with a DC 20 Perform check, the user of this magic flute may cast the following spells by playing.
Summon Monster III (2/day)
Haste (CL 4) (for 8 rounds/day) The user must continue playing to allow the haste to be in effect.

F Elf Magus / 3

Cebre comes back down after a few minutes with a satisfied look.

I have determined the magical properties of the remaining treasure! I believe this flute is something you may want to keep after all, Florence . . .

I invite everyone to read Cebre's spoiler above

Now, we'll need to decide how to divvy up this treasure in the most efficient and meaningful way possible. Who will get the most benefit out of what items?
.
If I may suggest that *I* keep these bracers? Their protection is the same as actual physical armor, and everyone else here already has something more effective than these . . .

Once Master Yab has the time to allow me to take him aside, I'll make sure the coast is clear.

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22

I don't mind everyone seeing this, but since it's technically a private conversation I'll put it under a spoiler. I'd share with everyone what is said when I get a chance, so I'm sure everyone will get the chance ot read it . . .

Master Yab:
OK, I've got a couple things to tell you--one of which you're very much going to dislike, so brace yourself. First, I need a favor. You NEED to keep this on the QT--don't tell ANYone. My friends and I are trying to nail the Blackscarzi. Those villains think that I've been captured by slavers and am out of town, so in order to continue to operate here, I"m going to ahve to disguise myself and pretend I'm my own cousin. But I need a place from which to operate, and I feel like I can trust you. So, Bofus Beechnut is no longer here--now I'm Bofus' cousin John Littlefoot, OK? Oh, and Rotskill was looking for Florence because . . . well, let's say he had a good reason. Next time he's looking for her, can you let him in please?
.
Now, here's the really bad news. You remember how you laid on me the responsibility to make sure nothing gets stolen from this place? Well, I got a very skeezy vibe off of that Lockstar fellow--that, and others in my party heard of things having been stolen when he performs. I was very curious as to what he had locked in your lockbox, so I took the liberty of opening it last night--and here's where you have to brace yourself and not yell: I found it completely empty.
.
I had a considerable treasure in that box, but that's not my main concern. My main concern is your reputation. I believe Lockstar emptied that vault, and I also believe that he's going to ask you to retrieve what's in it--and when you find it empty he'll be all "Oh, that Yab is an irresponsible twit!" and destroy your reputation, while diverting suspicion from himself. So, you'll notice--again, brace yourself--that you've lost your key. This way, when he asks you to open the box, you won't be able to. I promise you that you'll find the key again once the contents have been restored--but you don't know where it is, so you won't be lying when you say you lost it. But Lockstar is more than what he appears, so it might take me a liiiiiitle bit of time to recover those goods. I ask that you indulge me that time, I want to save your inn (and my money!!) and embarrass that Lockstar fool.
.
Are you with me on all this?

Dungeon Master

Trabalard Yab listens to the Bofus' story incredulously. "Does trouble always follow you, Mister Beechnut? What if Lockstar had something valuable in his box? Now it is missing you say? What if word gets out that I am dishonest? What if I start losing all of my business? This is not good! No. No. No. I do not like this one bit." The easily excitable innkeeper tries to calm himself down, but barely. "Do you really thinking Lockstar will call me a twit?" Instead he starts pacing up and down the room, scratching his head, thinking.

So I have to tell people that you are John Littlefoot? and I have to start letting Rotskill back into my Inn. If people get mad enough, someone may even unpetrify my Wyvern! Things could not get any worse!"

When at last you mention the missing key to the lock box, he desperately reaches for the key around his neck. "What happened to it? I always keep it here for safe keeping. Oooooooooh Noooooooo! Things just got worse! I knew I should have attended the Swallowtail Release service for Desna! Just tell me what to do! Anything! Just get me out of this trouble. Pleeeeeeeease!"

Yab, Yab, calm yourself my friend!! Have I let you down yet?? Trust me when I say your key will be back where you can find it at the appropriate time. For all you konw, the safe is completely full, but since you can't get into it, you've got what we call "plausible deniability!" Just trust me, OK? My friends and I will take care of this. As far as you know, there has been no theft, and you can't verify that there has.
.
And I'm not saying rent Rostkill a room here--just please don't show him the door out of hand. If he wants to talk to Florence, kindly let him if she's here, that's all.
.
Trust me. :-) I'll take care of both of us.

Diplomacy (to calm him down) 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Dungeon Master

@Bofus

Trabalard Yab is willing to listen to you, but calming him down will be much more difficult. Finally after much pacing and scratching his head he says to you, "Ok, Ok, Mr. Beechnut. You have not let me down before, so I am going to trust you. However, I am not feeling at all very comfortable with any of this. I am going to pretend I know nothing about the lock box and simply hope that this little problem will go away. In case you do not realize this, you are my only hope. So let's see if by tomorrow morning things will be back to normal. Thank you very much!" The gnome goes back to pacing and now he has started biting his fingernails.

*sigh* Alright, try not to worry too much. I'll do everything I can to help us both, believe me!

I head back to our table.

So I had a chat with master Yab . . .feel free to read my spoiler to Master Yab above, this is what I tell you all . . . so, I think Lockstar has our stuff and I'm going to find out. Trouble is, I suspect he's a spellcaster with a familiar--there was a bat hanging out on his windowsill last night so I abandoned my recon. I'm going to have to figure out whether he's carrying the stuff he stole--that is, if he stole it!!--or whether it's in his room.
.
One mroe thing; I'm going ot be disguising myself at least for now when I need to leave teh Wyvern. My name will be John Littlefoot, Bofus Beechnut's cousin. John came after Bofus when word spread--as it quickly does--that Bofus won, and John will be searching for his cousin. This will give me the perfect cover to snoop around, since no one should know where Bofus is! I'll be up in my room for a while. Until I handle this Lockstar problem, I'm goign to keep a low profile here at the Wyvern.

DMHW, are any of our rooms adjacent to Lockstar's? If so, I'll bring my disguise stuff there.

I head up to my room to get a disguise on. As I pass by room #7, I'll quickly listen at the door if the coast is clear to do so:

Perception: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

Once I get to my room, I'll take out my disguise kit and the Dragon's Eye.

Please remind me; when I used the first Eye to find the 2nd one in teh Gauntlet, had I had a clear line of sight, or was I acutally able to find the Eye through solid floors/walls? If I *could* see the Eye through solid objects, I'll use it now to look around, see if I can see the other one.

I'll take the time to disguise myself as a taller, heavier halfling with a lighter complexion (and whatever other features I can change), which takes . . .
1d3 ⇒ 2 X 10 20 = minutes.

Then, I'll wait around with my door ajar and listen for the telltale sounds of Lockstar's blowhardness and his muscle lumbering down the stairs.

Dungeon Master

@Bofus

You climb back up the stairs and take a moment to listen to the door to room number seven.
You are able to listen to a muffled conversation between Lockstar, his assistant Rogback, and a sinister third voice. You cannot hear everything that was said, but you do hear a few catch phrases such as this.

" . . . .don't know what . . . . You will do as. . . . .only famous because I . . . . .Then do the concert, but . . . the vault . . . . Only then will . . . "

In the gauntlet, when you used the eye of the dragon you were able to see the other eye of the dragon even though it was concealed in the clapper of the bell.

@Everyone Else

You are sitting enjoying a nice breakfast of Pancakes and Sausages, when Selena, the assistant innkeeper stops by your table for a short visit. "How is your meal? Is everything to your satisfaction. I hope you are all enjoying yourselves here at the Stone Wyvern! Is there anything else that I can get you to make your stay a more enjoyable one."

Florence nods to Thordak and after a moment. She purts her plate aside stretches again and nonchalantly leaves the tavern to meet Rotskill.

Dungeon Master

@Florence

The tattoo faced Varisian appears agitated as he greets you outside the Stone Wyvern. "Where have you been?! I tried to find you last night! Nextic's slave wagon was assaulted after it left the warehouse last night! I think the guards were slain and the halflings were freed! It was probably assaulted by that damn Bellflower network. Well at least Nextic escaped! However, more pressing business is that Baron Trask is on his way here from Elsircross and he wants to pick up the Eye of the Dragon. I just don't know what to tell him. Now the gem is gone and there is nothing we can do about it! My moment of glory has turned into a moment of shame. I hope he spares my life!"

@ Mantooth

Yes, Laurastar Gavlan returned your sword to you. Cebrë only has that bonus when she casts the spell identify. She is still researching the book for you at the moment.

@Thordak

Thordak wrote:
"Oi' haven't seen you around before, Miss. Awfully nice of you to ask, Oi was just hopin' to get some more pancakes, please."

"Well, I have heard a great deal about you, Master Thordak. I hear you are quite the shot with the crossbow! I understand the town is very fortunate to have you visiting Brindol. More pancakes coming right up!"

@Bofus

You are unable to recognize the sinister voice, but it does not seem at all kind to Lockstar. Looking through the eye of the Dragon you are able to see a small beam of red through he gem as you look at the door to room seven. It appears to be recognizing the other eye from beyond the door.

You soon retire to your room and put on your disguise. When you return to the door of room 7, you no longer hear any conversations.

Female Human Bard 4

Florence eyeballs Rotskill for a moment, then she looks inside the tavern and signals Thordak and the others to join her outside. Turning back to Rotskill she replies

Nextic is dead.

She pulls out the slaver's flute to show him that she speaks the truth.
She goes on and her voice is gravely serious

These men around the halfling are far more dangerous than you have told me. They're expert mercenaries and they will surely crush this Baron Trask as soon as he's here. I can only offer you now to switch sides and work together with them, so they might spare your life. Otherwise, you will die now.

Dungeon Master

@Florence, Mantooth, and Thordak

Rotskill is visibly shaken by the news of Nextic's death and your change of allegiance.

"Nextic is dead?!! What the hell! How? The halfling and his band are mercenaries? But what about us? I thought you were becoming Blackscarzi and I could introduce you to Baron Trask! Are you actually working with them?! This is going to be a tough relationship to keep! Ok, Ok, what do you want from me?"

Female Human Bard 4

Florence chuckles balefully

You know, the halfling and his friends were very...let's say persuasive, and so am I. You will live and tell us all you know about Baron Trask - let's start with, why is he searching for the gem? And you will from now on work for us. In return we will protect you from Trask, savy?

Dungeon Master

Still trembling at the knees, the shaken Varisian meekly replies, "Ok, ok. But let's not be seen right here on the street together. I don't want to be seen with them!" This is really going to hurt my reputation.

Wow, too bad I don't know what's going on out there!! hehehe

I'll take another look through the Dragon's eye at Room 7 (through the door). If I don't see the other Eye, I'll scan the common room from where I am (through the floor). Once I get a bead on where it is . . . I'll check Room 7's door, and unlock it if it's locked.

Disable Device: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (20) + 14 = 34

Once the door is open, I'll quickly scan the room, first looking for that bat.

You don't have to fear for your reputation. These men slew Nextic, ended his slave trade, killed an owlbear...I could go on forever like this. But you're right. I think I will meet you tonight at the Raven and we discuss everything further.

Florence blows him a kiss and walks back into the tavern, content with this morning's work.

Dungeon Master

@Bofus

You enter the room number seven. It looks very similar to the others rooms here at the Stone Wyvern. Two beds, two chests, small tables, and a bookcase. The part that is unusual about the room is the red skinned nuisance sitting on the bookcase. With fiendish wings and a whipping scorpion-like tail that lashes behind itself, the fiendish creature greets you with a wry smile.

"So we have a little visitor! What can I do for you, burgular? You look a little lost."

Room Number 7

@Florence, Mantooth, Thordak and Matthias

Rotskill hastily departs and you each step back into the common room where you are greeted by Lockstar and his half-orc assistant coming down the stairs. "Well, well, well! So it is my accompanying musician coming in from outside. I trust you are well prepared for my concert tonight at Velorian's? I do hope you practice today so as not to embarrass me tonight."

OH!! uh, YEAH, uh . . . OOPS stupid me wrong room, my apologies, so sorry, um "sir," a thousand pardons . . . I back out into the hallway and slam the door behind me, then make a few loud steps toward the stairs like I'm running away.

Was his voice the other one I heard in that little discussion? Also, can you tell me whether I saw the Eye in the room using the other Eye that second time, or is it gone?

I'll go calmly down the stairs just ot where I can see the common room, then quickly take out my Dragon's Eye and scan the room through it. I then stowe it and walk quietly and calmly to the table my friends are at. I sit next to Mantooth and beckon him toward me so I can whisper:

Hey, can you check Lockstar there for an evil aura? I just found something . . . nasty in his room, we need to talk about it pronto!

F Elf Magus / 3

During all this craziness, Cebre makes her way down the stairs again, this time poring over the book they'd found in Nextic's lair. She sits down next to Mantooth.

I found something very interesting about that sword of yours. Eh--HEM she clears her throat and begins to read a passage.

"Magnimarana is a blade sacred to the faith of Iomedae, that was forged by a dwarf weaponsmith eighty years ago, to honor Magnamak the Just, a legendary Swordknight of the Knights of Ozen. Magnamak was awarded this blade in honor of defending the Hammerfist Holds from Ghost Lions. Magnamak later died defending the hamlet of Dauth from a Blue Dragon by the name of Tyrgarun. Since the Knight’s passing, this legendary sword has ‘fallen asleep’ until such a time that it is needed again. To awaken the sword, the Rites of Magnamak need to be performed."

She looks up at the paladin. It would appear your blade is more of a treasure than even you thought! I need more time to discern precisely what these "Rites of Magnamak" are, but as soon as I do, you'll be the first to know!

Kazam! We are about to enter the 20th century of posts!

Bofus:
Yes, the eye of the dragon appears to be in the room with the red devil creature.

Male Human Paladin 9 (HP:68/102, AC: 28, Touch: 16; +10 Fort, +6 Reflex, +11 Will)

@Bofus "Ah, hello again, Master Littlefoot. I am sorry, but I have yet to see your cousin Bofus again today."

@Cebrë "By the grace of Iomedae, this is truly astounding! My father never said anything about this when he gave it to me. Thank you for reading into this, Cebrë, I look forward to any more information you can ascertain."

Mantooth then looks directly into the eyes of Lockstar the Great. If he makes eye contact he will raise both his eyebrows simultaneously and then look away and continue to eat his breakfast.

Does Mantooth detect any evil from Lockstar or the Orc?

Female Human Bard 4

Florence smiles her "OH it's just so awesome to have bumped into you" smile and replies

Of yourse, I practiced every single minute since you told me about our great performance. Do you want me to play anything special? I just received a whole new set of sheets of music, you know?

Dungeon Master

Hmm? The Great Lockstar scratches his short beard and contemplates. "I wonder, do you know anything that would be useful in putting an audience to sleep? This would be great contrast to the rousing finish that I have planned for them!

Perception DC 20:
It appears that Lockstar flashes his half orc assistant a knowing 'look' before he responds to Florence's question.

Mantooth:
You are unable to detect any evil auras from the bard and his assistant.

Speaking quietly so only the table can hear it--not Florence or Lockstar Oh, boy, this is bad . . .

I serruptitiously beckon Florence back to the table so we're all sitting together. I'll wait until we are together, and alone, before going on.

I overheard Lockstar having a conversation with a Something in his room, and it didn't sound good. He's planning something after the performance, and it's probably going to be sneaky and evil. He's got our second Eye, and maybe my money too, in his room right now--along with a . . . Something.

Here I describe the creature I saw--a small barb-tailed devil with a nasty little voice.

So, what do we do here? Our stuff is in his room; I could easily get it if it were not for that little beastie, but if we charge in there, he's going to raise the alarm. Suggestions? I wonder if Mantooth--being a paladin--could scare it off, even if only for a moment, giving me enough time to recover our goods? Any other ideas?
