Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Tirion looks at the deserted camp.
You all should look at the bottom of the gorge. Amongst the shattered stones of the bridge should be the body of a green dragon, several hill giants, a few ogres, and a pile of hobgoblins, for you goblin lovers.

HP 78/78, AC 25/12/23, Saves 11/5/14

Making no attempt to hide himself as he realises the folly of it, Lorth stands and lets those that are more free of movement search and confirm. He does peer into the gorge at Tirion's request, expecting that the broken bodies by now would be teeming with decomposition and roiling with vermin.

Mirrin:
As you investigate the surrounding terrain, you notice a number of large holes in the nearby area. It appears a huge creature has been burrowing nearby and feasting on fallen hobgobin corpses. You are not clear what the creature is, but it has four huge claws and it sometimes shows evidence of a short tail. The front claws seem to have four nails and the back claws seem to have three.

Lorth:
As you peer over the edge of the gorge, you do notice the remains of hobgoblins, but you do not see any sign of the dragon corpse.

Tomkin looks down and winks at Bofus.

"Bofus, is that goblin holding a broken staff of the magi? Wouldn't you have taken that first
? I guess it didn't survive the fall."

Some paladins have a sense of humor.

Frowning with some concern, Lorth confides "There is no dragon's corpse in the gorge Tirion..."

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

Tirion looks down in the gorge as well.
Hmmm, pretty sure it was there when we left a few weeks ago. If something actually ate it, without even leaving any bones, I do not think that I really want to meet whatever it was.

HP 78/78, AC 25/12/23, Saves 11/5/14

Skull Gorge

Mirrin:
After some study, you believe this creature to be the legendary landshark known as a bulette. You are aware that besides eating and burrowing, they are known for pouncing and attacking with their four deadly claws.

I will use the blue, or give a blue one to Bofus so that he can use it with his much sharper eyes.

Dungeon Master

Bofus and Tirion scan the gorge by looking through a red and blue gem each known as an eye of the dragon. Although it brings a great deal into focus, such as the hobgoblin skeletons washed ashore at the bottom of the chasm, it does not reveal the bones of the dragon, Ozyrrandion.

Male Gnome Sorcerer/9 - (HP: 49/49 - AC20;FF17;T18 - F+5;R+6;W+7 - Init+9 - Per+11)

What ever happened to the forest giants we made friends with? Weren't they in this area?

Dungeon Master

Old Warklegnaw, the forest giant you once visited, lived near Vraath keep. You would need to cross Skull Gorge and travel south along the Dawnway to find his house and find out his story. Even though you have not seen him in over a month, after the battle of Brindol, you did hear reports of a large clan of forest giants that attacked the Red Hand Horde as they came through the Witchwood. You heard that the giants delivered a deadly blow to the Red Hand, but in the end the giants were defeated by the Red Dragon, Abithriax. You do not know if Old Warklegnaw survived or not.

Dungeon Master

Suddenly, the ground rumbles and a huge armor plated creature emerges from a hole in the ground. Its toothy maw reveals a large collection of dagger sharp teeth.

Cast Glitterdust - centered at AI45/AJ46, right in the middle of the beast. The intention is that the row just south of the bulette is not affected so that party members can move in.

Mirrin, can you kindly explain to me why Bites gets a full round attack on a charge. What exactly is a ling assisted leap?
