Actually I have seven bombs/day 4+Int modifier. I haven't changed it in my sheet yet. Now it's done.

Well that Ooze got blown to smithereens.

Not seeing any enemies in front of her, Lizzie waits. Likewise Momijii.

Up top Heinrich concentrates on not getting butchered while Filbert manages to blow an almighty hole in the remaining Zombie's head causing it to drop like a sack of potatoes.

Luxina looks south towards the gate and spots the deepones armed with bows, just as they round the corner and fire a volley! Most of the arrows shatter harmlessly against the tower but one finds it's mark, jutting out of Filbert's thigh!

Yes you need to spend another move action next turn. Sheathing a weapon is a move action. Picking up a weapon is a move action and of course moving is a move action.

Agrippa was holding Red Destiny in one hand, I'm not sure if he can retrieve the smokestick AND use it in one round. If so he'll activate it with the smoke as indicated on the map. If not, ignore the smoke on the map.

Filbert takes a pot shot at one of the deep ones but it goes wide. As far as I can tell the height bonus only applies to melee attacks. Noted re your temp HP. I'm not sure I have a good way to display that and the burn currently, I'll have to think of something.

Heinrich sheathes Red Destiny and retrieves a smoke stick from his pack. Unfortunately not in one round unless you want to drop Red Destiny.

@Lizzie are you going to try and bar the door with anything? It opens inwards. There is a lock but you don't have the key.
@Luxina the Balista is on a raised platform, you could climb on top of that easily (no roll needed) to get a good angle to shoot from.

There is indeed an oak bar, on the ground for this very purpose but it's heavy requiring a DC 16 strength check. Aid another works.
You could also lean against the door (opposed str check). Or ask somebody to use disable device to lock it.

Lizzie and Momijii head back into the tower. Momijii heads up while Lizzie calls for help. Luxina heads down and in moments manages to lock the door!

Note there are stairs leading to ground level as well as up to the ballista, although presently you can't hear anything from below.

Meanwhile upstairs Filbert flings another blast of power at the distant deep ones but his aim is off and it careens into the distance. Heinrich drops a smoke stick which hisses as it produces a large cloud of thick vapors smelling faintly of sulfur and phosphorous.

I'm assuming the cloud is obscuring the door? It doesn't actually reach up to where you are currently but should anyone wish to jump down it would provide some cover.

Below the deep ones fire another fusillade of arrows. As before, most miss but one embeds itself deeply into Filbert's shoulder!

We have two choices, we can go down and get to the front gate. Or, we can open this door once the Skum get here and deal with them singly. We know what's behind this door, we do not know what lies below us. Agrippa gestures to the door with Red Destiny, indicating his preference.

Filbert sends a powerful blast of energy which sashes into the lead deep one, leaving him reeling.

Taking a steady aim, Luxina's quarrel takes him in the throat, finishing him off, before waling downstairs.

Heinrich heads downstairs too and together they resolve to ambush the deepones at they had through the locked door.

And nothing happens, silence suddenly falls as the companions wait with waited breath. It took you several moments to realize the firework must have finally burnt itself out. The deep ones outside seem to be in no hurry to attack.

The crenelations aren't really designed to defend against attacks from the battlements but since you're small, if you duck down you'll get cover. I guess that's a move action.

Filbert sends a powerful blast cannoning into the lead Deepone, lifting it off it's feet and smashing ribs! The Deepones return fire and despite the cover afforded by the battlements, one arrow manages strike him in the chest!

Been having the same problems, especially since it's been down in the mornings when I'm home the last couple of days.

Seeing that things were well handled on the parapet Momijii went back downstairs to help when the door was attacked. She wasn't good with ranged weapons and the only ones she could us really didn't have the reach she needed. She maintained her readiness as she stood to one side of the doorway, ready to strike should it be breached or run up to the top if the parapet was scaled as necessary.

The deepones continue their barrage, one arrow nicks Filbert's cheek the other lodges up to the fetchings in Luxina's chest! She staggers back feeling as if a red hot poker has been thrust through her.
