@Valrani: We found a total of 2438gp in the crypts. After depositing all of that into our gp pool and redistributing our cp and sp into gp, we have a total of 2608gp 9sp and 2cp. If you'd just like to take an even split of what we found in the crypts, it'd come out to about 406gp.

@Team: We're also sitting on a fair amount of wealth in the form of all these gems and such that we've found, not to mention all the miscellaneous equipment we've looted. I'm double-checking on previous appraisals and such to see how much it'll come to in total, then I'd suggest we get around to selling that stuff off to help us generate some more wealth that we can put into things like healing wands/potions or upgraded gear. Please let me know if there's anything in particular on the loot sheet that you'd like to keep for future use so I can exclude those from my wheelings and dealings. I've also added a sheet in the loot tracker that specifically tracks the gear we've found (weapons/armor/etc), and there are spaces there where you can note if you're holding or using a particular item.

About dividing the loot: my personal suggestion is to give more money to those who got nothing in the form of useful magic items. I'm not going to significantly change what you'll find in the AP and firearms and brawler items are not exactly common which means Oren and Talon will need more money to upgrade their gear when it comes to weapons at least. Once aquired they'll be able to upgrade by aquiring the services of specialized professionals though so no need for more money for them after the initial stages. That said this is just a suggestion, you can do as you want as a party.

Also remember there are penalties for having empty coffers so keep some money into them!

When we hit level 3 I can take craft magic weapons and armour. Doubt I'll ever make a whole heap, but I kind of like the image of a secret group arming the rebellion with magic weapons and armour!

Alternatively I could do the craft wondrous items path and help with stuff like amulets of mighty fists and other miscellaneous goodness.

One thing at a time.

1. If nobody else minds, I'll take the 'Gnawed' Magical Cloak.(Resistance +1?) Morricone or Talon should go ahead and take/use the Gauntlets we just found unless they care less athen we should just sell them for the cash.
(Note there is +1 Leather sitting in the loot still? Anybody want it? I can't use it. And a magical Composite Shortbow and a Longbow? A MW Hand Crossbow?(That could be a good back-up weapon for Talon maybe?) I'm also seeing a pair of Daredevil Boots? (Oren? They give bonuses for moving through enemy controlled areas!) And a +1 Whip!

2. I suggest we we either divide the money so the 'Ravens' fund gets a split each time, or we just divide evenly and we each donate money to the fund as we continue/wish/need. As far as dividing the gold based on who gets what, that just complicates matters, but if that is something you want to do I'm OK with that. I'd like to think we are...even-tempered enough to accept that some of use will gain/use certain things better (I'll probably get anything that really boosts witches or arcanists more easily...) or sooner, and the others will have to wait for 'their chance' at certain loot as it comes up/found. I also say that in the future, we can always spend 'Raven' money to help upgrade others that seem to be lacking if needed and agreed to by a majority. This is an investment IMHO on that character and well worth the expenditure if really needed.

3. Unless Oren has a problem with being Partisan, I think we have ourselves consensus? Oren speak up!

4. I think it would be amazing Val if you took Enchant Arms and Armor or Enchant Wondrous Item! It would save us SOOOOO much GPs later and allow us to upgrade much more easily. I have been considering taking one or the other myself eventually, but I never envisioned Lirotha to take any enchantment feats originally and it kind of sticks me in the role-playing craw to adjust my design of her for some reason. Along with Oren's ability to brew healing potions (I'm assuming she can eventually make other ones too?), ANYBODY who wants to take any enchantment feats will definitely help the group in the long run financially, if not currently.

If the +1 leather armour? If so Valrani can happily use it.

While I'm happy to take the feat, I've been tossing up some PrC options that might mean a stop to caster level advancement. But certainly at low levels this can give us a lot more bang for the buck, not to mention options.

If we divide the 4872gp loot by 7 then we each would get approx 696gp according to my Windows calculator. So our group fund would also go up by 696gp as well if we did that.

So I took the Boots of the Cat, and I'm not really proficient yet but if it's cool I'll take the +1 whip, I'm taking a level of Brawler next so I should be able to use it then instead of wasting a feat to be able to use the Hand Crossbow. And during the upkeep phase I'd like to Pay for my pistol to get made into Masterwork. That's like 300go right?)

@ Talon: Yes, but you can't normally transform a regular weapon into a masterwork version of itself. There's a spell (Masterwork Transformation) that does it although you'll still need to find someone with the ability to cast it (and then 300 gp to pay for the components and probably other money to pay the caster's fee).

@Rocco: Yes, that's a cloak of resistance +1. Lirotha gets it then?

Masterwork Transformation...is a 2nd level Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, and Witch Spell.

Once we hit 3rd level Val could memorize it for a day or so, or I could take the spell, but you'd have to wait till we leveled!

Until then, you should be able to buy Masterwork ammo like any other weapon, correct? Once you can find an alchemist who can make ammo that is.

NOTE: The money motion carries unless Rocco has a problem with it!

Yeah, I agree with the idea to put a share into the Rebellion's coffers. Just makes sense that the rebellion's wealth should grow along with ours. So I'll go ahead and take my 696gp into account. That gives Rocco a total of 899gp and a few silvers.

I'm gonna pay the 10gp to resize one of those chain shirts, and I think we should buy a wand of CLW. I know the more martially inclined among us need some funds for things like improved weapons, but could we split the cost of that wand a bit? I suppose we'll also need to find someone willing to sell such a costly product to us. Maybe we could check in with the church of Abadar?

Or we could see if there's any hidden worshipers of Calistria or something who might be able to help us out.

4122gp / 7 = 588gp 8sp and 5cp each (Approx.)

So if everyone is OK with chipping in for the wand then everybody gets 588gp at least, and so does the the Group Fund.

It doesn't make it cheaper, you still have the 300gp cost, but you don't need to spend the time finding someone to make it for you.

Now...who holds the wand? There is at least 3 people who can. Morri is slightly more of melee character than Rocco or I.

So Either Rocco or I should hold onto it, right? NOTE: I do have my Healing Hex, (and I plan to take the 'Greater Healing Hex' eventually as well) but because of it I do not memorize a lot of healing magics normally.

What say you all?

I would say we also need to go ahead and divide up the various potions of healing from the loot sheet no one has claimed yet too. Oren and the Hound are the obvious ones for most of those...IMHO.

Those are good suggestions for actions, Lirotha, but I would make a couple small adjustments. First, if it matters, I'd make changing our officer roles the first action for the week. That way we have all our people where they're supposed to be and giving all the appropriate bonuses for any further checks we need to make.

Second, I think we should upgrade one of our existing teams rather than recruiting a new team entirely. In my opinion, we should upgrade the Fushi Sisters. I'm not sure what type of team they are, but they seem to either be Peddlers or Street Performers. Upgrading in either category would be helpful, though. Peddlers would upgrade to Merchants, which would allow us to use the Refresh Marketplace action and gain access to different magic items. Street Performers would upgrade to Rumormongers, which would allow us to spread disinformation and hopefully keep the Dottari off our backs for a while longer.

I'd definitely agree with recruiting followers since we tend to bleed a lot of support every week. So my suggested order would be:

1. Change Officer Roles
2. Recruit Followers
3. Upgrade Team (Fushi Sisters)

I'm not sure about that. We do have to pay a bit of gold, but I didn't see anything about having to be a specific rank or anything like that. I could be missing it, though.

As for "changing officers" I think it's an action despite the previous officers leaving and not just changing positions. Power vacuum and coming under a new management means you need to lose some time drilling the troops and acquainting yourselves with your new duties and prerogatives.

Recruit supporters: Spend 30 gp and roll loyalty DC13. If successful roll 2d6 + recruiter bonus for extra bodies for your revolution (that you get next upkeep phase).

Upgrade team: The Fushi Sisters are a lvl 2 special team. By GM decree they can be upgraded as "Agitators" for 200 gp (the only difference being they have "earn gold" instead of "urban influence") or as "Black Marketers" for 200 gp (in this case they gain activate "black market" but don't get "refresh marketplace", keeping "gather information" instead).

EVENT PHASE:

You have 44% chance of triggering an event this week.

Events?: 1d100 ⇒ 25 0-44 means event

What happens?: 1d100 + 20 ⇒ (26) + 20 = 46

LoL:
All Is Calm: No event occurs this week or next week; gain a +1 bonus on all Security checks made during the next week. If you roll All Is Calm as a second event, it does not cancel the effects of the first event but still prevents an event from happening next week. An eventless week caused by this event does not raise the chance of an event occurring in the week after.
