Yuki fires two arrows at the pirate directly east of Nymph.

Ah! He is trying to kill me! Ayre shouts
then he composes himself, But he is really bad at it!
Ayre |
Ayre casts Color spray and hits J15 and i17, then counts on the incompetance of the foe to miss him
DC 14 Will
Nymph |
"F#~&ing faithless worms! I'll kill all you arrogant bastards!" she snarls like mad as she hacks at the sailor in front of her.

Miss Chance (Mist, Nymph's attack): 1d100 ⇒ 39
The sailor in front of Nymph yells as the blow skirts by him, glad for the concealing mist preventing easy sight as a large gouge springs up in the wood.
Don't forget the 50% miss chance when rolling your attacks folks! Well, except for Yuki and Galean, what with their special eyesight. Grrrrr.

Hey-o!
DM Davy Jones |
Note - Galean, you're up again.
Second note - if you look down you see sharks have begun to circle the two joined ships, looking for splashing sailors.
Galean "Rafter" Santiago |
Galean hears a screech in the skies, seeing an albatross appear right above one of the sailors. "Attack!" he shouts, as he rushes to the side of the Wormwood, trying to get the sailors away from Nymph.
Wind Blast, from L19 at the two in front of him, bull rush.: 1d20 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 2 + 4 = 13
At the other sailor: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Albatross should appear at H18, if possible, and it's its turn to attack as well.

As one of the enemy sailors is pushed backwards, he sees an albatross appear behind one of his pals, swinging two talons across his back, screeching heavily.
Galean shouts, "Get them, Nymph!"
Albatross should last for two more turns. Galean is at L19, Bird is at H18. Also, the Wind Blast should probably clear the fog?
DM Davy Jones |
The Wind Blast will not clear the mist. The officers are much, much higher level than you and they are quite tricksy.

The pirates flail about wildly trying to find you in the mist but they're unable to do so. After their failure most retreat back into the mist of the ship.
Yuki Okano |
Yuki tries to shoot the pirate in front of Nymph, despite the ranger blocking her view.
Longbow+PBS: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11
When that doesn't work as well as she would like, she finally moves aboard the enemy ship, tumbling past the guy she tried to hit to avoid leaving herself open to attack.

Grinning wildly Nymph keeps up her attack on the sailor albatrossed in-between her and the albatross.
Ayre |
Ayre casts blurred movement on himself then moves forward until he bumps into the foe in front of him
Galean "Rafter" Santiago |
Galean sees Nymph fighting against the sailors, and the albatross helping, and decides to run to the other ship. Moving to j19, swinging his cutlass at the man next to him. I 18, don't know if flank or not.

The man ducks all the albatross' attacks, as Galean slashes his cutlass at him, shouting uncomprehensible gibberish.
DM Davy Jones |
The pirate Nymph attacked screams as her battleaxe cleaves him almost in half. His blood and guts splash on the deck making it more treacherous than normal to move.
Ayre's blunder into the pirate in front of him confuses him, and his wild stab doesn't do anything to the wizard - but the pirate keeps hold of his sword.

The other pirates likewise have issues in the mist - striking out at the sounds of combat and screaming in the mists.
They still have issues hitting any of you.
Please roll Perception, DC 10
Through a gap in the fog you see a sailor lining up a shot with their crossbow at Captain Harrigan's back.
Nymph |
Autosucceeded that perception check :3
Only thinking a moment on what to do Nymph ends ups shouting "Cap'n! Down!" before hustling over to hack at the crossbowman with her sword.

"... Nevermind!" she shouts again, hoping that a good performance here would mean Harrigan would be less likely to want to keelhaul her when they got back on the Wormwood.
Ayre |
oh I didnt realize I was next to the crossbowman
Watch your back Cap!

Ayre moves to I-16 and lets loose a burning handshitting the two sailors and whatever the white thing is

Yuki Okano |
I believe the white thing is Galean's albatross.
Perception: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Unsure of all this captain business the others are shouting about, Yuki aims an arrow at the pirate 10 feet north of her, assuming he's still up. If not, she shoots an arrow at the one adjacent to Galean.

FYI the pirate attacking the captain isn't on the map currently - it's just a Perception roll. The map's blank except for you and your foes for mechanical reasons, not because there are 10 people on deck!
Harrigan dodges the crossbow and turns around to hack at the sailor.
He nods in Nymph's direction before the mist swallows him again as he's heading below decks.
Nymph kills another pirate, and Ayre's flames burn the pirate in him to death, while the other one throws down his weapons and surrenders.
Yuki's arrow goes flying off harmlessly while the albatross is consumed by flames.
One pirate left!
Nymph |
My bad, from your and Ayre's conversation I thought the crossbowman right next to him was the one firing at Harrigan.

"You brought this upon yourselves for abandoning what the Gods have given us wastes of skin!" she snarls at the last sailor as she charges him.
Nymph |
I know! And thankies :3
Nymph |
All up, the last sailor is trying to run away.
DM Davy Jones |
Actually we are waiting for Galean. I just wanted to include some reactions. So your attacks don't count yet. This is straight up religious-bigotry against Druids! Not since Caesar has such a great injustice been thrust upon them!
Nymph |
Well we are killing Atheists...
DM Davy Jones |
I think anti-theists is a more accurate description for Rahadoumi. It's one thing to be an atheist in the absence of evidence, it's another when "gods" can literally raise the dead.
Nymph |
Lol yeah sorry, couldn't think of the specific term.
Galean "Rafter" Santiago |
Damn druids. Ruining the pacing. Sorry about that, people, just a bit busy at the moment.
Galean shouts for the captain to duck, and dashes towards the last standing Rahadoumi.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (13) + 3 = 16 +2 if target was in charge range
Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Poor albatross... Hope he didn't feel much pain., he thinks, as his swing connects with the sailor.
DM Davy Jones |
The last pirate screams as he's hit by the cutlass and drops his own shortsword to surrender as well.
You are still in combat, you have one round to take action.
Ayre |
Ayre zips toward the ______ wherever they told us to go for looting! I remember it was posted but I can't recall where they said to go
Yuki Okano |
Yuki casts Divine Favor on herself in case the battle isn't over yet. "This is fun guys, right?" She asks without any irony.
Nymph |
Snarling and wanting to run the last one through Nymph holds off on the very powerful urge and just follows after her allies.
Galean "Rafter" Santiago |
Galean kicks away the shortsword and gestures to the rudder of the ship, shouting, "Forward! For the Black Lady!", as he moves towards the "wheel" of the ship, and unleashes a Wind Blast in the rudder's direction, trying to knock the navigator off of it.
Wind Blast: 1d20 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 2 + 4 = 23 Bull Rush towards the guys in 30ft. line, first one being the one at the rudder.
Who and what are standing around the wheel, which we were meant to take over and hold?
DM Davy Jones |
My internet is back! The pirates trying to push you off were the only ones there - you've wasted a spell. You're in a pitched battle after being lashed together - where would a helmsman be trying to steer?
As you're charging the sterncastle you see three sailors have reached one of the ship's boats and appear to be trying to lower the boat and escape.
They're occupied so you get a surprise round!
Nymph |
"No you don't." Nymph growls to herself before charging full on at the three trying to get away.
Charge: 1d20 + 4 + 2 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (13) + 4 + 2 + 2 - 1 = 20
Damage: 1d10 + 3 + 2 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 + 2 + 3 = 17
Galean "Rafter" Santiago |
Eh, I get 8 of them a day now. 6 remaining.
Galean rushes to the side of the boat, and attempts to blow them away in the water, as a gush of wind rushes from his hands.
