DC 10 sounds about right.

Khalid hops over onto the bench adroitly but the stone crumbles under his feet, throwing off his strike.

Nuveril up but dependant on Sajan giving her a ki boost and it passing. Zeladiel can wait or go as he likes.

Ready for the paralysing attack of the creature, Zeladiel steps away from it before it can affect him (I18). Linah's spell manifests in the air beside Khalid, the weapon striking at the creature grappling with Grall but missing low as the creature evades.

Zeladiel's target shows a healthy respect for his icy ball, managing to jink away and avoid injury. He may want to have aimed for the one Nuveril wounded.

Sajan stepped west to fill the centre of the skirmish and brought his powerful fists to bear. He noted Zeladiel's talk of 'freezing' them and thus imbued his first strike with an icy frost, brought into being by his mastery of the four winds. He nodded to the mage, whose position he had now secured. He called upon his ki and struck out at the targets before him with bewildering speed.

Please assign blows as necessary (once one is destroyed, move on to another, priority is for the ones to Sajan's west). Reminder for me and DM- no swift action for Sajan next round (your welcome Nuveril ;))

Using the intermediate action before your turn uses the swift (ki haste) during it right? All hits so will just drop the last. Re-rolling the strike damage for the subsequent hits.

Hit 1 25 (11 cold)

Hit 2 2d6 + 8 ⇒ (5, 2) + 8 = 15

Hit 3 2d6 + 8 ⇒ (3, 3) + 8 = 14

Able to just step over the bench, Sajan's freezing strike takes the creature Nuveril wounded high in the body, the force of the blow blasting it back in the air as a freezing layer of ice covers the entire side. The creature tries to right itself but the next punch knocks it out of the air, the rast bleeding out green-yellow insides into the pristine water of the pool.

Turning, the monk lands a viscious side kick to the creature grappling Grall. I assume.

Distracted, Nuveril manages only the one blow on the northern creature, her hammer pounding two of its useless legs into mush.

A K,16 move is OK without an acrobatics check, no bench in it and its half point and half clear. I was envisaging that for the high side of the former providing the cover but sorry I wasn't entirely clear. Toying with the idea of having you make all attack rolls first and then conditionals/skill checks after (avoiding these kinds of issues). For now will treat the acro check as null and the attacks as rolled.

Yeah that was the intent, based on the description of the movement, but obviously that is not what I typed for a coordinate for some stupid reason...I guess that's what I get for trying to post while at work.

Nuveril growls as the beast she had been fighting moves away, sheltering behind Zeladiel's cold effect, but as another floats up to take its place, there is no harm done. Rage round 9/16; Full attack: Hammer 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 9 + 3 = 22 damage 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14 Shield bash 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 3 = 31 damage 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12 Hammer 1d20 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 4 + 3 = 15 damage 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (3) + 12 = 15

Unlikely with those rolls (although I don't know how much damage it's already taken) but if it falls, she'll take a 5-foot-step to H 17 to threaten the one in I 18 and apply any leftover attacks to it.

Aided by Khalid's distraction from behind, Nuveril just manages to land a hit with her hammer, the broad head pounding the creature in the bottom of the torso. As it reels from the impact she sinks the topmost spike from her shield deep into one of its legs.

Linah concentrates on her construct, the weapon moving to attack the rast attacking Sajan. This time it is on target, scraping it in the side.

Spiritual Scimitar 1d20 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 3 = 26 hit
1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Drawing her scimitar, the priestess bravely moves up to aid the monk and the wizard moves to J,19).

Zeladiel, Sajan, Grall. Both remaining enemies now with substantial wounds.

Male HP(104/104 or 125*/125*) Gnoll Barbarian 7 - Invulnerable Rager

Grall will make a single move to attack any that are left over and if possible get the flank. If not just take 2 off the to hit.

Whiff!!!!!

Hopefully your working those 1s out of the system this fight.

hp 44/44; AC 17; Init +5 Male Elf Wizard (Evoker) 7

Zeladiel wills the icy sphere into the creature (I18) again.

Flaming Sphere (elemental cold, DC 16 Ref)
Damage 3d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 2, 3) + 3 = 14 x 1.5 = 21 cold damage

Unable to step back now, Zeladiel instead casts defensively, a simple ray of frost.

DC15 Concentration 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24
ray of frost
ranged touch attack (point blank shot)1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
damage (point blank shot, intense spell) 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 x.5= 9 cold damage

(Edit: Forgot Prayer. Please add and subtract 1 where appropriate. Thanks.)

The sphere misses the creature yet again. Enough perhaps to make even a patient elf frustrated.

Reflex 1d20 + 8 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 8 - 1 = 24 success

His thin white ray strikes home though, the attack drawing a gurgling yelp from the rast.

Sajan and Grall's whiff.

HP -12/64, AC 19/18/16 CMD 29, Speed 50 feet, F +8, R +8, W +11, P +12, In +4, AOO +12, EF 6/6, Ki 9/9

Full attack-

2d6 + 8 ⇒ (2, 4) + 8 = 14

1d20 + 13 ⇒ (6) + 13 = 19

1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
2d6 + 8 ⇒ (1, 5) + 8 = 14

Sajan takes him time to line the creature up and lands several precise but powerful blows that takes the rast adjacent to himself, Zeladiel and Linah out of the air.

Grall moves up to finish the last but is forced to stumble back before the creature's flashing teeth, unable to launch any offensive strikes.

Effects

- Mage Armor (Zeladiel, Sajan)

- Glitterdust (covering W alcove)

Notes

- Light spells as per normal (20' normal light, 20' dim light 20% miss).
- Benches will provide part cover (+2 AC) to attacks across them.

One creature is left and it continues to focus on Nuveril, seemingly intent on taking at least one of you down with it. The barbarian is a halfbeat too slow to read its suicidal intent, the creature jerking back from Grall to sink its teeth into the halfling's shoulder grappled, holding her fast, and lashing her repeatedly with its feet.

Ouch 36hp and 2 con.

Khalid is up. Map is HERE.

24 hour rule

Khalid moves to end the fight, driving Tempest into the creature's back. It staggers sidewise in the air but continues to fight.

1d20 + 9 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 9 + 4 + 1 = 27 (outflank, prayer) hit
2d6 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (5, 2) + 5 + 1 = 13
1d6 ⇒ 6 cold

Nuveril

Female Halfling Barbarian (superstitious) 7 | hp 72/72 (86/86 raging)

Loose flesh hanging in ribbons where the claws shredded her, Nuveril's shield arm hangs uselessly on the far side of the creature's sucking mouth, but she keeps her grip on the pugwampi king's hammer and somehow manages to strike two blows against what ought to be the beast's head despite the awkward angle, hoping to beat its fangs out of her shoulder with sheer brute effort. "Find the damned Gnome," she urges the others, despite her torn and bloodied state. "Don't let the coward sit back in its hiding place and summon more spirits to vex us!"

Rage round 10/16; Full attack with one-handed weapon: Hammer 1d20 + 9 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 9 + 3 = 28 damage 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (2) + 12 = 14 Hammer 1d20 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 3 = 26 damage 1d6 + 12 ⇒ (4) + 12 = 16

Fort +12, Ref +8, Will +7 (8 vs. magic)
