The “Misgivings” is the local name for Foxglove Manor, a region
shunned by locals for years as a place of shadowy menace, bad luck,
and haunts. No one travels the road to the Misgivings today.
Lord Foxglove made attempts to rebuild and reclaim the place, but found few willing to work in the region due to its ill history.

Sim sees the group split make-up and follows Midori towards the sheriff. Looks like they'll be able to handle helping the singer. Let's see if we can keep the villains from being to effective. he moves with speed and grace. We are coming to aid you, sheriff!

Idril looked back and forth, agonizing over who to help.
Well, Brin is helping Ameiko... She thought to herself.
She came to a decision and took off West to help the Sheriff.


With Draken withdrawing, only Alkaid has not chosen which way to go yet. I'm going to leave her off the maps until she has said which way she wanted to go.


Midori, Simelein and Idril headed West, to find that the Sheriff Hemlock and his posse ran into a superior force of pirates.
Quickly forming a shield wall at the mouth of the roadway, using the choke point to prevent the pirates from surrounding him; but against their superior numbers he cannot seem to make any headway.

Brin, Korbin and Rafael ran East until they came into view of a wild melee. Ameiko and her friends were mixed up in the middle of a wild brawl with the pirates; everybody jumping and rolling around while lashing out with cutlasses and rapiers. It's hard to tell who is who in the fight, but you can hear Ameiko singing clearly, boosting her friends morale.

Korbin takes a step towards the pirate, intending to take out the weakened one. Brin strikes beforehand however.

Korbin takes a few steps forward as the pirates around him begin to fall. The beard lets go of the pirate it attacked. The beard falls to the floor, slithering forward to new targets like amber snakes. They strike upwards at their prey as Korbin keeps a calm, cautious walk. He grins widely as the beard assaults the pirates.

It extends to the sky, ten feet above Korbin, and strikes down on the nearby pirates.

One by one, the pirates took one look at the enlarged half giant, his sword chopping through their crewmates like a scythe through wheat, and the incredibly creepy dwarf with his beard reaching out to stab or grapple, and it’s just too much.
One by one, they break. Scattering like rats fleeing a sinking ship.

This battle is over.

It is a pretty smooth and straight path to the other battleground, you can use a Run maneuver.
