I have opened a re-recruitment thread to get two more party members to replace the two who we have lost. Head over and take a look once people start posting concepts because I think you should have some input into who I select as your new party members. I will be able to introduce characters once you guys get down to the desert floor.

Good evening! First, thanks to Caleth for the chance in the campaign. :) I learned to play D&D with 3.5 and started playing PF while it was still in beta. I'm a novice writer, though working at it, and am rather excited to get started.
I know my PC being another diviner was a source of some concern, but as I explained before my idea was more of a subtle, introverted diviner rather than one that made prophecies for the entirety of the group. Though, if asked, Zaafirah would not turn them down. :) Also, fair warning: at this time she is a debuffer and does not actually carry a weapon. Let's see how long that lasts...
If anyone, player of DM wishes to get a hold of me, I've both AIM (stagefairyPerry) and Windows Live (octobernights17 at hotmail dot com) and I will try and be available each night at least.
Finally, I should have Zaafirah's alias completely done shortly - backstory and all.

Pleasure to be aboard and thanks to DM Caleth. I've been on these boards for a bit and even went a few rounds in RPG Superstar, and am always looking for an intriguing game. I love the idea of a bronze age setting complete with dirtier grittier magic and darker themes. I look forward to joining in with all of you and will complete my sheet shortly.

Here is some information to help you think of how you will introduce yourself to the party. It is morning and the party is just getting up.
Zaafirah:
You have wandered the desert since the death of your family, drawn to various places by your intuition and by the spirits. Now you find yourself among the tombs of the ancient kings of the Djet, who ruled before the dragons, drawn here to find something. You also know that the small nearby promontory was the sight of an ancient duel between Djet and Dragon during a war lost in the mists of myth.
Akasha:
You are in the necropolis of the Djet, ancient sorcerers and priests of the Setekh, or desert spirits. Below on the sands you know that groups of the followers of Marduk are searching for something far and wide.
The Setekh are the desert spirits who the Djet worshiped and who the modern desert dwellers who have not converted to worship Marduk still pray to. They appear in art as animal headed humans and you probably believe them to be your patron if part of your backstory is following the ancient religion.

Sadly this game seems to have ground to a halt. I think that I am going to officially kill it unless you guys are still here and feel strongly about it.

Doesn't look too good, sad since I never even got to meet the other characters for mre than a second.
It is sad; I had some really cool things prepared. I am likely going to start another game soon though, and anyone who was still around at the end of this game gets a leg up on recruitment when I do start.
I have started the process of getting a new game going. You can see the interest thread here. As an apology for what happened with this game I will be happy to give you guys first crack at choosing this game and a leg up in recruitment if you so desire.
