The rest of us already have armor, so the bracers will do us no good. They're basically made for arcane casters.

Merry Christmas, AB! Yeah, I'm good with you getting all the obviously wizardy things here. Take the headband, bracers, and spellbook. The staff is likely yours as well.

I'd like to put in for one of the rings of protection +1, as well as a cloak of resistance +1. Not sure why I didn't buy one of each before now, but it's time to fix that.

magic staff -- Staff of dark flame (nice! Perfect for AB, and he's already got fireball, so he can recharge it): Made from bleached bones that have been fused together, the head of this staff burns with an unholy fire. This staff can be used as a +1 flaming quarterstaff (only one end of the staff bears magical enhancement), and it retains this property even if all its charges are drained. This staff can cast the following spells:

False life (1 charge)
Ray of enfeeblement (1 charge)
Scorching ray (1 charge)
Fireball (2 charges)
Animate dead (3 charges)

csw potion x2 -- I think it's mostly who we want to hold on to these, since they can be doled out as needed. I was going to say Kel makes sense to me and maybe AB, as Lefrik and Brue are usually in melee and not likely to stop to drink a potion mid-combat. However I think both have at least one for emergency purpose, and CSW makes sense for that purpose.

bracers of armor +4 -- AB
headband of intellect +2 -- AB makes sense
handy haversack -- ?
cloak of resistance +2 -- ?
ring of protection +2 -- I think makes more sense for Brue to have this than the +1 ring
ring with a house symbol -- hold onto for now.

spellbook (contains all illusion spells from PHB up to level 5) -- AB
large deep purple gemstone, inscribed with a spiky rune -- AB, for now. Sounds like it may have something to do with getting us out of here/getting rid of the Echo.
cmw potion x2 -- To whomever doesn't get the CSW potions
scroll of haste x2 -- AB
cloak of resistance +1 x2 -- Kel and Lefrik already have one, so I guess AB and Calla (that gives Brue the +2 one, but that could be swapped around to someone else)
ring of protection +1 x2 -- Doesn't look like any of us have rings, so could go to anyone. I think Lefrik makes sense as he's typically in melee. Maybe Kel? She's not getting much here and always smart to keep our healer protected.
potion of invisibility x2 -- Brue and Lefrik? Again, can be shuffled around as needed.

(Calla's not getting much time, but she got the gloves and bow last time we got loot. Of course, she still really needs something to boost her Strength so she can actually use the bow.)

I think you could still do it, but the DC would be 5 higher. Not sure if it's worth the effort, but I haven't looked at the DC or your skills, so not sure how possible it is.

Staves DO NOT resize.

DM Ruling on what? The Pathfinder crafting rules are clear prerequisites and how to get around them.

Yes and no. There aren't any arcane spells up for grabs in Crying Leaf, BUT a request can be made and objects can be teleported in the next day via UPS (united portal service).

Might want to hold up on that request for now, until you see what rewards are in store for you.

That is just barely enough time to craft one Hat of disguise. Calla and Kelendra might be able to get by with disguises and I can cast the spell myself. That would leave the Hat for one of us.
