It doesn't bother me too much until it gets to more than a couple of posts. I just have a tendency to do the same as Llyra.

I prefer to keep IC and OOC separated, though if I am making an IC post, I sometimes include an OOC along with it if I feel a need to explain or something. I have no problem at all trying to keep them segregated.

Same, like I like to point out or ask one or two quick questions, but once it becomes a discussion is needs to be in OOC, lol.

Moving response from IC to avoid clogging the IC.

What type of computer do you use? I hear that the newest version of Mac OS does not work with MapTools. They might have fixed it, but I have not upgraded because of the glitch.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

I'm using win 7. The major issue I have resolved by downloading the beta version .90b and now I don't have a blank screen staring at me and it's meant to be compatable with java version 7 (remaining on 6 until I'm confident to try it) however I've not found out if the token issue is resolved where I'd add one token, try to add another afterwards and it would just reselect the previous token.

Only way around that I found was to close maptool, add another token, save, close, open and rinse and repeat until everything is on the map. There's probably a solution, but I've been spending more time trying to be on top of my games, fill out my job search quota and dealing with the day-to-day issues I have.

I'll post for 0Jerin as I forgot he said he'd be away for the weekend, though by the time I post he might've replied :p. I'd love to get to part 5 because the other parts are more straight forward, unlike this one. Plus a lot more creative monsters and things you most likly have never seen.

I thought you might all like to note the spell Curnach's been preparing and see the possible implications it has for his new pet squirrel.

The queen's forces will be in for a nasty surprise.

Female Aasimar Cleric 10/Rogue 2) (HP: 101/101; AC: 25; FF: 21; Touch: 14

She will be in for a burning surprise. I will like to see her worm her way out of that one.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

If you could keep this creature, it would certainly cause mass devastation. How on earth would you control it though? It'll be like putting a lead on a shark.

HP 133/133, AC 26/14/23 CMD 22, F +13, R +10, W +17, P +22, In +11

Not planning on controlling it... just tactically unleashing it. Plus True Form will give it back its destructive personality and instincts :D.

Just double checked... Krenn's alignment is true neutral, so he'd be on board with that! :)

Sorry, I'll edit my post.

Female Aasimar Cleric 10/Rogue 2) (HP: 101/101; AC: 25; FF: 21; Touch: 14

Lol - I am neutral with a CN deity, no problem here.

Sovereign Court

No worries MoB :) sorry if that looked short i'm just rather low on time!

Male Human Wizard (FC) 13 - Enchanter

Jerin is NG...if we don't overthrow the Queen he would be okay sending it towards her and her minions.

Jerin wrote:

Sial, Laori and his kyton companion are Lawful Evil and they don't have any issue with you doing that to the Queen, however they would like to gain the crown intact if possible.

HP 133/133, AC 26/14/23 CMD 22, F +13, R +10, W +17, P +22, In +11

... don't remember asking for a vote on this? Its more to use against the Queen's army or as a backup contingency. Not to throw against the queen herself.

Incidentally, DM you may want to look up the word consecutive- Krenn needs to make three checks in a row. When i'm not travelling i'll look into how Curnach would help him make that third save though.

Sovereign Court

Couldn't edit as I lost signal on the train :(.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

ahh, well it says it also only lasts for 6 rounds anyway so even though he didn't make 3 in a row, he managed to resist most up to the 6th roll so the poison would've faded by now.

also I just wanted to join in as you guys were discussing liking the idea of just hurling that thing at her army, though how can you control such a beast and would it be wise to use in such a massive city with such a destructive creature that isn't likely to distinguish between her armies and innocents?

Sovereign Court

These things can all be considered as and when the situation arises :). It is a contingency. Curnach considers himself Korvosa's protector, hes not about to slaughter its innocents.

aww and here I thought you were going to go down the evil path. Oh well, I'm sure Sial might convince you to embrace the Prince of Darkness.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

For a note to all, things will slow down as CDG now have me coming in daily for a month so my time has been cut short, but I'll try my hardest to respond as often as possible, so it shouldn't get in the way to much.

Thanks for the warning. I hope it goes well!

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

Cheers. It's a pain as it's a daily thing lasting all day, but I just heard they're low-staffed today so we'll finish early and I'll move the game forward as no one seems to be taking much into account with the rapidly transforming squirrel.

Sovereign Court

If its not going to stay as a squirrel we'll slaughter it. A squirrel with a fiery belly is fine.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

Hi guys, I do apologies for the slow down. Recently CDG have been pulling me in every day, 9-4, for job searching and various other things that are meant to help me find work so when I get back I'm just wiped out and need to do job search as I, at times, never get the chance to do that whilst there ironically enough.

So I'm apologizing for the moment but things will be a little slow.

Male Human Wizard (FC) 13 - Enchanter

Hi all. I am heading to Costa Rica for a week and will have little access to the internet, except for a few minutes a day, so my posting may be very light or spotty from Saturday to Saturday.
Feel free to post for me as needed.

Sovereign Court

I am away on holiday from today until Wednesday the 18th. I will not be able to post during this time. Please bot me as necessary. Thanks.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

ok, just found out on farscape...facebook I mean. Urgh, have to do CSCS course tomorrow. Really not looking forward to it as the idea of construction work isn't my idea of something I could fit in, but nvm I've got lots of Applications in the works and who knows, might get hired for something tomorrow.

Sovereign Court

Curnach's initiative modifier is actually +11 and thus he should have acted first.

crap, I do apologise.

Anyone else's initiative different?

Female Aasimar Cleric 10/Rogue 2) (HP: 101/101; AC: 25; FF: 21; Touch: 14

My Init should be +5.

Male Human Wizard (FC) 13 - Enchanter

Jerin is a +9 not +5, added improved init at 11th so he would act first as well.

Krenn is +4 rather than +3, but that wouldn't have made a difference here; the gargoyles still went before him.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

I'll re-order it after this combat...which isn't very long.

Sovereign Court

DM, frankly that last post made very little sense to me.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

it did? Must've been a sleepy stouper, but meant to be Krenn's turn I believe then gargoyles.

Update:

Hi everyone and many apologises. I had a issue where I cleaned out my computer and stupidly didn't realise what the thermal paste was inside the graphics card when I was going it a in-depth clean.

Because of this, as my machine has only a dedicated processor there was no way to access my computer for quite some time.

On top of that, I had some issues yesterday and I was on a course for my Food Health and Safety Level 2 which included a interview for the Handmade Burger Company.

I failed at the interview, however I was successful in a interview three weeks ago and I'll be starting work Friday!

this will mean no more Job Centre messing around, more free time, more money so less worries and because of the extra free time I'll be on here more often and there will be far less issues in the future!

I do apologise to you all and am very thankful with how patient you have been with me. Things should be returning to better than normal and I can already see sometime next year I'll be buying up all the various PDFs that interest me on here and more data packs for Herolab.

Currently I've also been inspired by writing stories for my PFS characters as part of a writing exercise to get the cobwebs in my mind moving and I came up with some fantastic ideas for some rather nasty pathfinder beasts.

Either way, will be posting more soon now things have improved much better and less stress on my end.

Hey, congratulations on the new job! Glad to hear things are looking up.

Male Human Wizard (FC) 13 - Enchanter

Well done, always nice to land a new gig where you work less and get paid more.

One issue, I think we have lost Alex for a while. He has pretty much dropped off the boards.

Female Aasimar Cleric 10/Rogue 2) (HP: 101/101; AC: 25; FF: 21; Touch: 14

Alex posted as recently as 2 days ago. Pretty sure that DM Aron and Alex know each other in RL as well.

Congrats again on the new job.

Your Humble Narrator

Lurking but not really able to post. I will post on my own games within the week... but it will likely be to announce a date i'll aim to get stuck in again.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

As mentioned in another thread, I was meant to post Friday, but stuff had come up.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map

As mentioned in the thread, you should all be 12th.

Let me know of the changes whilst I set up the 5th part. This one is going to be very interesting.

Here's the link, but I'm also going to PM everyone too.

Master of Gaming and Grognardia Current map
