1. I was last in the initiative order and had to wait 3 days for the rest of the players to announce their actions yet as soon as they do the game is rushed forward without allowing everyone their turn.
2.As my turn in the round had yet to come when Trinia was hit with Hideous Laughter, there was no reason to drop out of combat.
3. Why are people reading spoilers that have other people's names on them? I don't read your private posts to the GM or other players. There is no excuse for reading anyone else's.
4. Others had already posted their intention to go back down the stairs. Yes, the GM could have interjected and said that you all saw Skender leap out the window. Then you could have altered your actions from there should you have chosen to do so.
5. As it stands, no one was looking out the window to see me cast any spells. If anyone amended their actions to stay and watch, then you were looking out a window at my backside and a crazy perception check to hear me softly speaking my casting.
Some basic respect for fellow players will forestall their leaving the game.
1. It is a pain when that happens I agree, but as far as we knew we were working to incapacitate and/or restrain her- Hideous Laughter only gets one save, and it seemed that there was no need to be in initiative order as we had the time to get down there and restrain her- nobody could read your mind and know you wanted to remain in initiative order to attempt to use magic on her.
2. See above.
3. I apologise, but I was told Curnach would see you were injuring her when he got there a round later- I have no intention of role-playing Curnach seeing you do anything the first time around.
4. AFAIK we did all go down the stairs, and spent our round 2 actions (or narrative equivalent) getting down to street level.
I was asking Aron repeatedly over MSN for a clarified order of events, which would have helped hugely- or clarity as to who got where, who saw what etc.
Without said clarity, we have to make our own best judgements- which is why I much prefer a summary/order of events from GM. Events in my mind-
Skender Round 1- Double move action to both move into the room, and to leap to the ground.
Skender Round 2- You do your thing to Trinia, Curnach may or may not have got downstairs by then (DM input needed...)
Skender Round 3- You do your thing to Trinia, Curnach may or may not have got downstairs by then (DM input needed...)
Obviously you felt you could move to Trinia and out the window in move action- perhaps you are right; its not my call. DM input needed.

I believe that Jerin was looking out the window since he had to go there in order to cast the hideous laughter on Trinia unless you were both out of my sight after she went down.
I agree with the way the rounds went with Skender taking a double move out the window and getting down there straight away, whilst the others rushed down the stairs as I assume you would've all rushed not wanting her to get away.
Tasher's hidious laughter lasts 3 rounds, which in real time is 18 seconds so everyone would be rushing and it would take a single full around to get around the corner and spot Skender.
The way I see it.
Skender round 1 - Double move to go out the window and jump down from 10ft.
Skender round 2 - Harms Trinia whilst others have moved downstairs around most of the building.
Skender round 3 - Harms Trinia again as Curnach and the rest arrive, witnissing Skender harm Trinia who at that time was still under Hidious Laughter and unable to stop laughing until the end of that round.
If you would like, I would like to add you to my MSN IM friends list. Please consider adding me to your lists. My email is GM_Wulfson(at)yahoo(dot)com.
Thanks,

I guess I don't get the whole thing of people just disappearing from groups. Anyways, do we really need to backfill this person or are we good with the group at hand?
Yeah since you guys are nearly at the final chapter of this AP there's no point trying to crowbar another person in this late I believe also you guys appear to be able to handle yourselves quite well as I no longer need to increase treasure and monsters by x1.5 so it makes it a little easier on me plus I really don't want to make another recruitment thread so soon so all this works out fine.
Working on a post atm, just trying to get it up and thanks for the headup Jerin about Alex. He left MSN on and has been "Away" so now I just realised I've been talking to myself for the past several hours...
I find it quite funny that our OOC thread doesn't seem to have much discussion in it despite the title lol.
Anyway, I've notived a lot of people have been taking on Curse of the Crimson Throne campaign. Think bestiary 2 has anything to do with it?
Might just be me noticing them more than I should and of course can't play in them because I know everything that could possibly happen despite whatever fluff of extra the DM might add.
So... more of a taunt, then? Okay, I can see that. :)
lol, nah I just love talking about new stuff I get, plus I have one of those fancy titles too.
Mostly just working on posting up monsters for d20pfsrd. Posted loads in the conversion queue, but of course they're AP related so shhh..can't talk about those.
