Majenko continues to dance as he lashes out at D3, but following the parties luck up to that point - he misses twice. Nikolay swings mightily, but fails to connect. Briar removes D3 from the land of the living and grievously wounds D4 as well. Charlie lays down another Holy Smite dropping D4 and wounding the others, but not Sabina’s Ghost. Could she be good? Fondo breaks the bad luck and connects thrice, with a little juice on the third stroke! Barael manages to connect once, but does not critical thanks to the level losses. Dandilion, reeling from the level loss, strikes at D1 with another evil eye.

Nikolay:
You learn that Sabina’s Ghostly form is, for most purposes, some form of Spiritual Ally and not an actual ghost. Attacking it will do no damage, it must be dispelled.

Majenko dances with joy as his foe lies sleeping before him, waiting for the coupe de grace surely to follow when the rest of the fight quiets down. Nikolay steps up and hits Akaruzug twice, but fails to crit. Briar slides to the right, and though he has trouble overcoming the creatures innate resistances he still manages to do quite a bit of damage thanks, in part, to a critical. Charlie, seeing a man down, remotely heals Fondo of all his ills. Fondo leaps to his feet and connects with the statue. Barael steps up to find himself visible. Sadly, though he hit frequently - and critted once - he still failed to bypass the creatures innate resistances and no damage was done. Dandilion reaches out to hurt Sabina, but fails to do so though she does connect.

Majenko ends his dance with a flourish, healing a few along the way. Nikolay fans the beast with his sword, but does not manage to connect. Briar hits once for a little damage - and no wonder with five negative levels under his belt. Charlie drops another Holy Smite killing the remaining Devil and hurting Akaruzug. Fondo rips into the poor statue but does not quite drop it!! Barael steps up on the statue, but does not swing - instead hoping that he won’t get hit - but he does, twice. Dandilion tries to dispel Sabina, but does not quite succeed with her new level.
