Yumna agains seems to hit nothing but black smoke as well as theoden.
Qaji manages to hit the shadow with his bow but it seems to have no effect on it.
Slithren hits with his pistol but the bullet passes through the shadow without dealing any damage.

The shadow if it could speak seems to be laughing at everyone as it continues with its assault against slithren.

Seeing that his bow will no longer function with his song ended, Qaji changes tactics. He draws out a flask of acid. "Watch out everyone! While he waits for them to move, he pops a flash of light in front of the shadow, hoping to distract it momentarily.

Move action to draw flask, standard action to cast flare. I think it should work against undead since it allows for a DC 14 Fort save but doesn't deal damage.

Did you roll a save for the shadow vs my flare last round or does it have no effect?

Qaji scoots around into range and tosses his flask of acid at the shadow.

+1 splash damage. If I hit the shadow, everyone will be splashed. If I miss the shadow, someone might get hit directly. Either way, anyone feel free to veto this action, as I need your permission to make an attack that might harm you. If I get vetoed, I will use my above roll to aid Yumna instead.

And it was halved again for incorporeal. Channel energy, however, doesn't get halved again. Basically, I was 1) making a melee touch attack and missing a bunch and 2) only doing 1-2 points of damage per hit when I could have been doing 2-7 damage with no miss chance. Alas.
