Ti'Itza misses little in the conversation and despite his fascination with the girls red skin. Maria's continued support of the Red[/I[ General makes him wonder as to what the fair skinned creatures real goals were. [I]She bears watching.
He nudges Tepti, nodding slightly at Maria and Seraph as she looks at him with a sidelong glance. Wordlessly they both continued to watch the goings on. They had much to learn.
"I know little of the small scales, they stay within their lands and tread little in our swamps. They are known for digging holes and making... traps."
"When the honorless are cast down, my tribe will be able to aid in your battles. I will not hide that I want to expand my peoples lands. I seek a place that stays warm through the dark times, a place where eggs can be laid and kept safe from the north winds touch so that my tribe may grow."
"Un-dead, we know them as Spirit Walkers. It is why we waste no meat in our lands. Everything is used down to the bones as it stops a Spirit Walkers return."
"However I wish to help your Chieftain in meeting the little scales and restoring my tribe, from there we can follow as needed so long as my tribe isn't harmed by it."
Janus nods on the wisdom in the other Baron's words. He realizes that building up a candidate and then voting them as Queen Tatiana's successor would be a better plan than his original idea. Perhaps this is one thing they can take a bit slower.
"Very well. I can see now that I was acting a little hasty. I agree about taking out the neighboring undead first. My channels would be useful against the undead, and Neji tells me that the flying Destroyerman is most devastating against them. Once we neutralize them, there is also a temple to Lord Erastil that I was sent to reclaim. I think that should be a priority. I know that we all worship different deities, but Old Deadeye is worshipped by majority in this region. It would do well to rally them around us."
Tepti watches as her companion starts speaking more on terms with these Barons. She marveled at his quick understanding and sudden flexibility although his two requests came as a shock for his boldness. But perhaps this would go well with the Scaleless rulers as they seemed to respect boldness...
The continued mention of Spirit Walkers doesn't sit well with her and unconsciously she shatters a glass in her claws. Thankfully it was empty but as it fell into its original components she withdraws her hands and sets them on her lap...
Arv pulls him aside and before he goes completely he gives Elpida a small bow. "Until next time Miladies." He makes sure to include Tarina as he didn't wish to be rude in his sudden departure.
The variations were well done, as expected from his mercantile companion, Arv definitely knew how to sell a theme. Seeing the red scaled version made him pause for a moment before he nodded. "I have some gold, but sadly not much as equipping my army has been taxing. I will find a way though and I do remember her being called the Red General prior to us reaching this place, a red or fire theme would be most appropriate and you astound me with your skills once again my friend."
He thought for a long moment before saying. "I wonder though if she should take a banner changed from my own. Something that would be fitting based off her... past. The fire bird comes to mind, the Phoenix. A banner that would show how far she has risen out of my shadow and proven her ability to rise to a challenge."
Seraph looked to Tatiana, nodding in agreement that this Fort Drelev would have to wait for now. However, she still planned on making it hers and didn't hesitate in asking. "I can split our forces for now my Queen, sending Captain Alastair and Lieutenant Kora with a larger force to take the former stag lands. While I personally, with Venetia and the others help, take a token force to test the undead defenses and gather intelligence. From there we can narrow down where we need to strike and proceed forward. I will make it my one goal to eradicate the threat in the south in the name of the Kingdom if you will allow it."
As the two lizardfolk speak in their hissing version of the draconic tongue, Kiritta listens assuming that few of her companions likely understand them. When there is a break, she speaks to Tepti.
If there is anything you do not understand about the actions of the other barons, please let me know. I am not the most observant, but have spent much time understanding the actions of many people and creatures and might be able to assist you.
"I trustin' Kora and all but she's got enough to handle. I tink ya let Danath, my sista and I work on dem Stag Lands. We'll bring dem down and find does snakes dat got away mon. Crush dem under our boots..." Xi'Tir chuckles at the thought of killing Dovan asSeraph asked her too. "'Sides der be one I want ta kill personally and I can't stand dead t'ings." Xi'Tir shudders and then glares at anyone who chuckles at her moment of weakness.
Ni'Tir frowns as both missions were equally important but capturing and exploring more lands for Slobada was much higher a priority...
Xi'Tir continued. "I can make maps of dem new territories too present them to ya all when ya get back." She smiles broadly as she was quite skilled at making maps.

[Seraph frowns at Xi'Tir's statement but only because she was right. "A small number of the Stag Lords lieutenants did escape, it would be most problematic if they regained a foothold after we sacrificed so much to gain that land." She glances at the war map and starts to move pieces in a strategic order. "Despite that however I believe the undead to be the greater threat. As they are actively attacking our borders and the attacks are worsening. So I agree with the proposals set forth and will work to readied the Dragonflight forces for a multipronged assault."
"Tatiana and her selected companions will move northwest into the kobold lands and attempt diplomacy with our quiet neighbor."
As she spoke she shifted pieces that looked roughly like the party. Along with several pieces that looked like Dragonflight men-at-arms and cavalry.
"Danath and his group will sweep into the former Stag Lands, capture and explore as much area as possible with minimal assistance from our main army. Once they reach the Stag Fort we will proceed to garrison it with Dragonflight troops and open a supply path in preparation to rebuild the stronghold and secure our grip in the contested lands."
She moves a Tower piece and sets it over the ruin marked on their war map. A tentative move but she was confident in their ability to pull it off.
Moving forward in their conversation she nods to Venetia before speaking.
"Lady Venetia will lead a larger force against the enemy to the south. We will have to discover the who, what and why about the forces there before proceeding with their annihilation. As much as I would like the Nomen possibly aiding us we are on our own for now. This will greatly aid in garnering a positive reaction from the citizens. Especially if we stop them."
She then claps Anando on the shoulder.
"That leaves Anando to start gathering information on the whereabouts of Alexandria. He will have the aid of the dragonflight forces for protection namely my personal lieutenant."
She looks to Maria followed swiftly by looking at Vodyanoy.
"Baroness, can I rely on you to aid him in this endeavor? Along with your family as well Master Vodyanoy? The overall success of this is important for the growth of the nation."
She looks to those gathered around the table once more. "Any other words before we decide our teams."
Tepti regards Kiritta curiously as she speaks in their tongue, she spoke it far more fluently then she had thought the Scaleless ever could. Their ability to adapt was unnerving enough that Tepti's scales flared outward in defensive pattern before she could bring her emotions under control.
Her scales slowly flattened back down as she spoke in . "It will be good to have a simpler explanation as your way of deciding things is quiet different from our own... Thank you Kiritta." Tepti nods followed swiftly by Ti'Itza who had been absorbed in listening and watching Seraph's movements.
"It sounds like we have a plan then, I will do my best in protecting this fledgling nation which all of you have formed." Venetia says as her way of confirming her task.
"I will assist with the undead problem, but for now, I will be spending the rest of the night drafting our constitution. If anyone wishes to join me, I will certainly welcome the company and the input. We can revise it over the next few days; I imagine everyone will need some time to prepare for their missions."
"Sounds good." Tatiana summarizes. "Kiritta, do you want to join the Kobold trip, since it sounds like you can speak their language, too? We could use your magic to support our lizardfolk barons."

Anando speaks confidently
"Yes, of course, I will start investigations about King Rupert's daughter."
Maria also speaks.
"Count me in in the drafting of the constitution. And I will make my investigations about the girl. I will also need to excuse myself for some days, ans I will need to go check on my barony."
About Vodyanoy.
"My family will help in whatever they can in locating Alexandra, but I am not sure what can we do. I will also need to see my father and get him up to speed. I think my brothers want to make a push into the Dragon's Forest, and one or two of them will want to accompany you into the Kobold Lands."
Tatiana
Ti'Itza rises to his feet, the peel of thunder cracks the cloudless sky outside as his scales flare as his emotions are a mixture of confusion and anger. He towers over most of those gathered here but he was focused more on the short man that had just joined them. "I can ignore it no longer. Will none here challenge him?!" His rough voice was laced with confusion as it boomed in the great chamber. He shrugs off Tepti's attempt to pull him back into his seat.
"This one speaks of oaths and then spits on his Chieftain in the name of a dead scaleless? Even this one..." He gestures to Venetia. "... tells him to respect his chief and again he doesn't, insulting his future chieftain! Who he is already sworn to obey?! Does he have no honor?"
His claws rake the table as he hones completely in on Anando. "I'll not sit here while the one who helps us is insulted. Choose your weapon or your champion if you are gutless but you won't insult her again."
Xi gives a low whistle before smiling at the lizard folks angry display. She'd never seen them fight but this would be good...
Just when things were under control... This happens. Sometimes she wanted to throttle the treasurer for his attitude and despite Ti's righteous anger she couldn't allow bloodshed.
"Baron Ti'Itza, honor is different here then in your lands and Anando is in no place to entertain combat. Nor will I allow it here."
"I agree with Seraph, this is not the time nor place for a duel, however, Anando, your honor has doubted, and should you choose to accept the challenge, arrangements can be made for a proper time and location."
Anando's forgetfulness only angered the lizardfolk more before others spoke up on Anandos behalf. He looks to Seraph then Venetia momentarily before turning back to Anando bearing his teeth as he chuckled. The scaleless had such strange ways, challenges were to be settled when given, preparation only led to cowardice in many ways. But the short one had already turned down the challenge, a simple and stupid victory for Ti'Itza, despite how disappointing it was for him to back down so quickly...
His tone was careful but still laced with confusion. "Different honor? Arrangements? I am confused how things are done in your land but if he won't fight his insult is ignored as he doesn't have the strength to prove his words. But he best remember who his chieftain is until she is no longer chief."
He doesn't sit as he turns to look towards Tatiana. "I want no ill will with your barons but I will not sit and hear you insulted. It is not our way..."
It was like a punch in the gut, despite the archaic way he went about it the lizard folk was right. Anando was given a great boon, one he deserved and yet he still insulted Tatiana despite the turmoil it has already caused in the kingdom. So she decided to take Ti'Itza approach.
"I agree that he has broken a vow already. The people need a united front and a reason to believe in Venetia. Division and derision will only lead to all out war in the kingdom, challenges between barons will only add fuel to the smoldering embers today. Anando I think it is best you apologize to Tatiana and Venetia so we can move forward with finding Alexandria. As you now know a vote will be passed but for now we need to respect everyone's position, no matter our personal feelings.."
Destroyerman instinctively places himself between the gnomes and all the chaos; even if Anado did deserve some sort of calling out, something about intimidating smaller races does not sit well with the Eidolon. However, he does nothing else.
Neji and Janus do not take sides immediately. The former has plans to talk to Anando after the meeting, little folk to little folk. The latter decides to go with a more neutral approach, not wanting all of his hard work to unravel over one (albeit major) issue.
Janus glances up at the sky.
...I hope you're listening to this exchange. Community, Law, Goodness, Family. This has to do everything with what you stand for it. Our community needs some guidance. Please, Lord Erastil, I need your help.
"General Seraph speaks the truth. I understand that there will be points of contention amongst ourselves, but we need to show unity in these tough times. Otherwise, all the work laid out by those who died for our cause will be for nothing."

Anando seems more at ease seeing some of the others preventing violence.
"I don not need a champion, nor do I need to fight this... gentleman. If he is unable to behave in civilized company maybe he should refrain from trying to. I depart now, as I have much to do, and no time to lose on fools and senseless duels."
He stands, facing the Lizardfolk.
"Ridiculous!"
Ti'Itza continues to watch him over the table and when he rises to his feet to face him he speaks over the handling. "You turn down a challenge and then insult my behavior? I offered you an honorable fight and now I name you Coward. You speak of honor when you have none, you lack the strength to face this savage , allow others to protect you and spout nothing but weak words. If you represent civilised creatures then I weep for the weakness of your kind. But, dare insult again and I will crush you where you stand and that is an oath I will fulfill. Even if her..." He nods to Seraph as he moves to stand in the open to face Anando. "Champion, defends you Coward."
Ti'Itza stands ready to fight, no weapons but his claws and since he was invited to a feast he wore no armor but a loincloth.
Tepti rose to her feet moving to Ti'Itza and trying to pull him aside but he wouldnt budge. <"This isnt the way. Let them sort this. We shouldn't shed blood in the scaleless hut.">
At her words Ti growls and settles down some. "Until you apologize to your cheiftains you remain an oath breaker and a coward." He doesn't walk away but he goes to ignore Anando.
Once Ti'Itza settles down, Kiritta stands up:
All. As most of you know. Halcorg and I are from Varisia. He is Shoanti and I grew up traveling with a Varisian caravan, seeing many lands and entertaining many along the way. I understand what you all desire to do here, and wish to help to assure that Rupert's vision is brought to fruition. However, I think that Halcorg and my place is not sitting in a chamber such as this debating, or ruling a barony from a castle on a hill. Our place is with the people, traveling and helping those in need. I would enjoy traveling with those seeking peace and diplomatic ways of bringing the Kobold lands within to borders of this new realm. After that, I would be very interested in traveling with Ti'Itza and Tepti to learn more of the lizardfolk and how their people live, and may become part of this land. Thereafter, I hope to continue wandering and learning all there is to learn of this land.
She pauses and takes a sip from her glass of wine.
Thus, I would like to renounce any claim Halcorg and I may have to any land hereabouts, but ask that we be free to travel in any barony that may be established without tax or other impediment. I ask that we be provided with a small home here in the capital so that when we are needed here, we have a place to stay. We shall retain the titles of Baron and will participate in all government voting when necessary, but other than that will be with the people, where we belong. Helping those who cannot help themselves. Telling fortunes, healing, teaching the arcane arts to those who wish to learn, using my magic, and generally making sure that the people of this land are free and that the laws of the land do not control the people, but rather that they assure all within this land are free to grow and live as they will without harming those around them.
With that, she sits back down to allow the other more talkative members of the meeting to continue their discussions.
After Anando leaves, Szymon waits for some time after Kiritta's announcement of departure. She was starting to grow on him, especially sharing a similar worldview as his Tatiana. With his friend Eldehur leaving, her magic would be sorely missed. Hopefully, that black dragon does not return, because Szymon can't fly.
He does not know this General Seraph, and he had only traveled a little while with Venetia. Coming from different backgrounds, he and Venetia did not share much in common or much conversation during the past few days. However, the concept of dueling is not foreign in this land.
He clears his throat for attention, "Ti'Itza, I respectfully disagree with General Seraph on the point of honor. It does not appear to be so different between our races. I’ve been silent on this issue, because I honestly do not know the politics of the situation. If we had been in Brevoy or Restov, the halfling’s statements about the king would have sounded treasonous to me, not that it would have bothered me much. And I have been trained to not defend Tatiana unless she clearly needs it. However, disrespect can go too far, and disrespecting her disrespects me, too. And I’m surprised that others, particularly Seraph who appears to protect Tatiana’s interests and know the current situation, have not defended Tatiana against these statements. That being said, I appreciate your offer to champion my lady Tatiana. However, just to be clear to everyone in this kingdom, if anyone disrespects Tatiana like that again, they or their champion will answer to me as a self-respecting Aldori Swordlord. Janus, please do not outlaw dueling.”
Arv bows to Ti, and attempts to help usher out bad blood without a loss of face. "The alignment of your passion and your actions is admirable, and in fact shames me for not catching the slight among the drudgery of legal proposals and such. It warms my heart to have someone with such fierce devotion to honor at my side."
"I propose a fresh start... and with luck... dessert?"
To Kiritta he bows deeply - his right hand fidgets awkwardly for a moment debating whether or not to take her hand to kiss...
"Your magnificence heralds the truth... that the Creator is an artist to whom no mortal compares. Until we meet again." He bows again, then smiles, nods, and bows to Halcorg.
Ti'Itza nods to Arv but focuses on Szymon as he speaks as respectfully as possible. However Ti'Itza remains blunt and honest. "Do not speak ill of the ones that save us for at least they spoke. Your words are late and the oathbreaker cannot hear them now. Do not misunderstand, it normally falls on the Chief to defend the tribe and she could have done so with ease. I hope she does not regret giving kindness to such a weak creature." He looks at Tatiana, his words sounded harsh but were full of praise. He knew her ability all too well since the battle with the Stag Lord. And he silently hoped to see her kill that pathetic short man soon. "We though will repay the debt to them for saving us. Upon my oath I will kill him the next time he speaks insults. I won't let the poison spread unless the Chieftain forbids it..."
With the annoyance out of the way he smiled toothy imitation the way the scaleless displayed emotions. "Now as this one said let us start fresh and celebrate your companions departure as I do not know this desert of which you speak...."
Ni'Tir rises to her feet after Anando leaves rubbing her temples in frustration. "Let us move forward den. Anando will have ta own up ta angry t'inkin, I don't know what slight angers dem but it is sad that he can't move past it. However we have greater issues to face. I say Tarina join us in securing the Stag Lands. Mulray as well if'n dey not need south. Tatiana and dem head to da kobolds and da rest move to fight dem undead..."
Seraph was beyond frustrated now, just when she thought Anando could change he remained as chaotic and hateful as ever. She was surprised when Szymon criticized her behavior. Merely sighing before Ti'Itza bluntly told him his short falls as well. She hoped it wouldnt lead to more squabbling and when Ni'Tir spoke she breathed a sigh of relief.
"Lord Syzmon, threatening an unarmed man with violence is dishonorable in my order. If he won't choose a champion then he is a coward as Ti'Itza described, killing him out of spite would have me cast out of my order. Those are the rules I live by I know not what the swordlords teach but I won't judge it. But Anando has been standoffish and arrogant prior to your arrival worse now that Lady Venetia is here. I place no blame on her as even her words couldn't reach Anando..." she looks to the queen then. "Milady I apologize for my lack of control over this situation, it appears Anando will not improve his behavior willingly and I am at a loss as to what to do with him now. I will accept whatever penance you decide but the issues ahead of us still need to be dealt with. Do you agree with the arrangements or should the teams by changed further?"
"I waited for the halfling to go to let his disrespectful actions pass. I declared my opinion to you all for future actions, because I'm new here. And the dessert does look good." Szymon replies to Ti'Itza.
"And General Seraph, I'm not familiar with your order. But in Brevoy, if he does not choose a champion, then he either dies for his stupidity or lives with the social consequences."
"Yes, and your dueling has led to plenty of problems..." Tatiana gives Szymon an unenviable look.
Looking at Ti'Itza, "I could have reacted to Anando's comments but not with ease. As I've declared, I never wanted the title of queen. When Anando doesn't attribute the title to me, it does not hurt me personally. The only damage is to this kingdom as precedence for barons to act against future monarchs. And since we are still forming our laws," she nods to Janus, "any reaction to Anando's comments must come from the social norms of the ruling barons. You."
After a pregnant pause, she nods to Seraph and says, "what's done is done. I hope Anando's actions do not foreshadow future division of this kingdom."
As the feast wrapped up Danath approached Lady Venetia, he cast his vote for her becoming the next ruler of slobada, needing to speak with her privately before they all went their separate ways.he favored her with a smile as he bowed his head respectfully. "Pardon my interruption Milady but I thought it prudent to inform you that despite Ruperts passing my oaths still stand. Now however my strength is yours and I will do whatever it takes to see you succeed in obtaining your place as the rightful Queen and throughout your glorious reign to come. If you ever have need of me do not hesitate to send for me as I need little sleep."
During their travels it was apparent that Danath needed little sleep often taking more then one rotation at night after sleeping a mere two hours. He would function all day without trouble as well.
¤Later that night after Talk with Venetia¤
Danath spent the remaining part of his night frequenting common areas and bars. Celebrating the strength of the nation and spreading good cheer among the citizens of Slobada. He volunteered to help where need, bought food and drinks while spreading good word and cheer in the name of Venetia Mediated. He didn't discuss everything that was spoken of but he boasted of how she was going to help stop the undead attacks. Once and for all.
Seraph voted for Queen Venetia as well not wanting to harm the kingdom as she would stick to the founding guidelines of the kingdom. She then spent some time speaking with Maria as they made plans for finding Alexandria and meeting up again to discuss more personal matters.
She thanks Vodyanoy for his help fighting the Stag Lord and her hope in his families success in the dragon forest. She discussed with him as well about the search fir Alexandria and urgedfor them to take no major risks. She leaves it up to him on how they go about doing it and hopes for the best...
¤After the feast, once RP is wrapped up with Maria and Vodyanoy.¤
Despite not wanting to turn the kingdom over to someone other then Tatiana, Seraph was more then happy to tag along with Danath. As a trusted official she could help ease tensions by lending her voice to the diplomatic cause. She informed the citizens that now that the Stag was gone that sheb intended on bb her attention to the undead and burning every corpse alongside Venetia while the kingdom added the former stag lands to their kingdom. Meaning more lands to farm, mine and roads to be built.
She didnt hide the cheer in her voice at the thought of the kingdoms massive expansion...
"You may be a little inexperienced for my tastes." Venetia notes with a smile. "But I'm sure I can find some use for you from time to time, I've certainly been known to get very little sleep myself from time to time."
"But I'm sure you were intending to convey something less interesting. Your strength will be of great use to the kingdom of Slobada, and I hope that I can trust that that is true even if I do not become Queen and if I do even when I am no longer Queen." Venetia has a more serious tone now, knowing that there is less time for pleasantries then she would prefer. "If I require your services I will be certain to let you know, Baron Orlovsky."
With Venetia
Danath gives her his best most genuine smile. Like her he had been trained in the finer arts of nobility but guile wasn't his strong suit. Never had been and never would be. He does his best to hide he was pleasantly surprised but welcomed her boldness. "I never tread where i may not be wanted. However, Danath is just fine Milady, forgive me, but until I control land I cannot be my fathers equal. Now, regardless of what comes to pass I will stand beside my companions especially a woman as magnificent as you."
He speaks more quietly. "I admit that I have always preferred an experianced hand and am adept at learning quickly to the lessons given. I may surprise you but your charms may enslave me yet milady Medvyed." He delicately takes her hand and kisses it as he adds. "I look forward to a challenge."
He waits for her dismissal then and when she gives it he bows his head respectfully as he says. "May pleasant dreams and warm days greet you until we meet again Milady."
"What makes you so certain you want to be your father's equal, personally the less I could have to do with my family, the better, though using the Medvyed has many advantages indeed. Also, I'll have you know Danath, charm does not work on me I'm afraid, I've seem much charm in my lifetime and it gets old after awhile." Venetia responds before bidding Danath farewell.
During and After Feast
Ti'Itza and Tepti spent their timely idly chatting, observing and enjoying the remnants of the feast as they hadn't ever eaten so well in their long life. They still had a lot of treasure left over to utilize as well...
They spent more time speaking with Tatiana over their coming mission with the small scales, the lesser cousins of their tribe. He pondered what he remembered about them...

Before you depart on your new quests, Anando call you for a meeting in the Town Hall.
"Good Morning, I present you Estrid Frostbane and Serrin Greenseer. They have traveled almost a year to reach Trivium, and it calls to my attention because they set of for us BEFORE we ourselves knew we were going to be here for them to find us. They even have a letter for some Varisian Fortune teller asking Queen... uhmm... Tatiana... to grant them an audience, and the letter if from a year ago, as I told you. So, being the case with the time mischiefs some of you have experienced, I thing we must hear their plea."
Xi'Tir looked skeptical for a moment before Ni'Tir slapped her upside the head. As she growled at Ni'Tir, Ni'Tir merely watched quietly from where she stood. Nodding at Anando's explanation and arching her eyebrows in surprise at the story he presented.
Without lands my claim as Baron is empty and would go unrecognized. It is like claiming to be a farmer when you have no crops and my father would ignore me completely.
Taking his dismissal with grace Danath did not rebutt Venetia's views, even though she misunderstood him.
Arv
He was on his way out when he paused to finish his discussion with Arv. "I don't wish the symbol to be a reminder of house Rogarvia if we can avoid it. Its why I believe a Phoenix is most appropriate. Fitting the rebirth and rise of this kingdom as well. But I trust your good sense my friend. And I will leave it to you. I have bandits to hunt come the 'morrow." He smiles at the thought of being put on clean up duty but he too had to do his part to aid the kingdom.
Corsario's Last post / The next Morning
Danath welcomes the new comers warmly. Introducing himself to them after they have time to introduce themselves.
Ti'Itza idly chatted with Syzmon and Tatiana, now that he understood Syzmon's stance better he was much more flexible. Admitting that the way Slobadan's did things were way different from their own...
As her nest mate spoke Tepti watched the room quietly, tasting the air and learning what she could learn from how the scaleless mingled.
She waited to approach Arv until after Danath had left for his nightly romp with the tribes people.
The next morning

He and his nest mate watched the newcomers somewhat warily as they now added a twist to the social standings they were trying to understand already. When it came time they introduced themselves quickly and efficiently, not really understanding the idle chats or open welcomes among the scaleless quite yet.
Tepti approached the strange scaleless and didn't hide her reluctance at first. His smell was far stranger then she had ever encountered before, it was spice yet sweet and sour all at the same time. She wondered at his profession but focused on the book he had in his hands the drawings made her tilt her head in thought.
