Ok, you sell to Ameiko. You have a crude map of the marsh, with 5 places marked you know nothing of), purchases done. Irnk gone with his goblins. What do you do next?

I feel like a turd for asking this after I just asked you to pick me up a weapon & I'm going to ask for more later once we get moving so that the Goblins have their own 'space' in the Caravan, but does anyone mind if Irnk takes the armor & the bow? Seeing as they are small sized & all?
also, just because I am a dick & all, what is the going rate for Godl? I'm not sure I've ever encountered that substance before...

I find on PBP's, it's best to just keep a party bank. With one person running the loot log, it makes it easier to handle each character getting a fair dividend, as long as everyone plays fair. Usually, shopping works good with that ideal by the party discussing what works best for the group for the characters to buy for themselves.

Lawful Good just means I'm not supposed to perform evil acts. It doesn't say anything about evil chortles. Besides, do you honestly think a Goblin is going to have any other kind of laugh?!
Which reminds me of the first time I got to play this character. he could see that a romantic triangle was forming between two of the PC's & Ameiko and was constantly laughing his ass off because the two players were doing such a good job of the whole 'socially awkward with a crush/flamboyant but clueless & crushing on somebody else' points of the triangle that I felt compelled to play Greek Chorus...
Par examp:
"Prèt-ti fi renmen sournwa-ti gason, men Prèt-ti fi yo pa pral di l '...
Sournwa-ti gason, li gen yon sekrè, men Prèt-ti fi li konnen li."
Snorfling at his own joke, "Janm wotè yo bèbè, 'Pwen' ey?"
Which translates to...:
"Woojie-girl likes Sneaky-boy, but Woojie-girl won't tell him...
Sneaky-boy, he has a secret, but Woojie-girl she knows it."
Snorfling at his own joke, "Longshanks are dumb, ey 'Points'?"
The characters involved were a human druid who was Sandru's sister & a Kitsune Rogue who only showed his human form in Sandpoint. The rest of the PC's knew because he had shown us, but he had yet to reveal it to the NPC's.
Of course, Irnk & Shalelu kept their antagonism solely to verbal jibes in that one. Less so even than Menninite Omishman's interpretation.
Also, I like Apex's idea.

Corsario, what kind of Composite bow was it? In the loot log it just says Small Composite Masterwork bow, it doesn't say long or short. Given that this affects both range & damage, I want to be certain I have the right kind written down.

In the loot sheet, there is a section marked available money per character. This is the number of gold piece each of the character has gained from distributing the sold loot equally. Also, for each characters there is a section to write off the amount of gold that was spent from the loot. As you will notice, Irnk has spent gold for his flail and Sybil has spent gold for other stuff. I will add a section for actual gear once the characters reach a level where we can distribut magical items fairly.
Is that okay?
Also, I have been trying to get the sheet to be edited by anyone, but it does not seem to be working. I will try again.
Edit: the sheet should be editable by anyone now.

Am Back. Slowly rading through to see what I have missed.
Irnk, Prodigal of Old Deadeye |
And Irnk's fans begin chanting "Smite! Smite! Smite!"
Considering he already knows we are going to be running into Undead, possibly powerful Undead later today, Irnk isn't going to waste a Smite Evil on this thing unless it looks like it is a genuine threat. Right now, all it's doing is trash talking & he hears that all the time...
I mean, he will definitely get in-between it & the others, but that is mostly so that Apex & Sybil can make it go boom without being worried about attacks from it themselves. Irnk isn't actually a dummy. He's just graceless & without positive character qualities. In retrospect, that statement applies to most of my characters. I need to start playing to a different type...

So are you home brewing grapple rules or is this a one time thing? If it is the former can you please give me a detailed explanation of the changes you made? My original plan was to get Avan Greater Grapple and maybe Chokehold, but if I don't like your home brew grapple rules then I won't bother. I am not against home brews but I'd like to be informed of them before hand, especially when they have to do with very core rules that deal with how combat and skills work.
It is frustrating when things just break the rules with you having no understanding of why and how. Especially when you plan to counter or be strong with certain tactics. I understand the GM has the right to change crules, but these things are usually communicated to the players beforehand, so confusion can be avoided and people can keep focusing on the game.
