Caelus blushes slightly at being called a lordling, slightly ashamed at his station. He puts his arms down and rubs at them to restore the feeling from having them in the air for so long. He stands outside the shed as he will hide inside it once the ambush is set. He looks up and realises that dawn has approached and makes ready

I have no chance to hear them approach

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

After having prayed, Roga heads for breakfast. While enjoying a simple meal of bread, cheese and ham, he hears someone scream. He jumps up from his chair and runs towards the sound. He arrives as Stellan speaks, shocked by what he see and hears, he thunders:

"Amoonrann put your weapon down now!"

He then turns to Stellan now on his guard and says in voice void of friendliness: "A winter witch's breath? You better explain your self now."

Sense Motive 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (17) + 0 = 17

Amoonrann wasn't sure how to act. Who could she trust? If one could be an assassin in disguise, how many of the others? That seemed unlikely...but if Caelus is telling the truth...

And then Svetlana hugged her, out of nowhere and Amoonrann collapsed to her knees and dropped her head to the ground, her scythe falling beside her. She was not unconscious, but her breathing was heavy, stressed. She was in a state of shock, everything seemed unreal, like a dream, like she wasn't really here. The world fell away from her and she was alone in a dark void.

Because of Amoonrann's fractured emotional state, I'm abstaining from this perception check.

Watching Svetlana dashing pass her and into the Shed, and not long after she demanded Stellan and Roga out? (Not sure who's inside, at the moment) Elros gave each person that was shooed out a mischievous smile, then look back at Caelus whom are standing by him.

Perception Check:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
I'm oblivious of... pretty much everything.

for my character, I woke up an hour before sunrise, used an hour to prepare spell, so that'll put me in sunrise, I don't think washing my Jimmy and picking up my backpack would take an hour, so we should still be fine for the ambush as Amoonrann is pretty much done dressing up during her conversation with Caelus, or so I've read.

Perception1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Stellan sighs. Expected reaction, wrong time.

"We do not have the time for this Steadshield!" Stellan gestures at the tableaux, "There is a situation that will need talking out when and if we get the chance, but not now. I swear I mean you and anyone here no harm. I am a healer. And battle will be soon. I'm going to get my kit and spear to be ready." Stellan pulls out his holy symbol a back country mix of herb and twigs with the Sigil of Erastil entwined in it. "So I swear by the signs and sigils that portend the power you dedicate yourself to." Stellan waits for the others reaction, not realizing time had run out.

Don't hear a thing, TPK here we come;)

Perception for Triaxus to speed things along: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (7) + 9 = 16

Only a moment later, a few figures can be seen coming up the road into the fort.

Sense Motive DC15:
They seem wary to enter the fort after looking at the people gathered in the grounds

5 humans, each atop his own horse along with 3 extra horses, ride slowly into the fort and dismount. The apparent leader is a man with a dark cloak with the hood drawn up over his head. He gives a small nod and says "Morning." He and the others stand around looking at each other, before he walks over to where he can see Svetlana in the door of the shed and says "We're travellers, hoping to get a bite to eat. Is there any food on?" Wide eyed, Svetlana only nods before rushing off to the main building.

Sense Motive:1d20 - 2 ⇒ (5) - 2 = 3
I believe every word of it, at least i got my low rolls here rather than in combat(hopefully)

"Greetings traveller, fine hood you had there, would love me some of those. Where did you get it?"

Elros asked, showing distaste on his own cloak when compared to the man's.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

"You're right, Stellan but we will get back to this." Roga walks away heading back to get ready for the bandits, that haven't arrived yet. :P

"Greetings travellers, did you have a pleasant journey?" Roga greets the newly arrived as he walks by.

If Perception isn't possible Roga will done armour and grap his greatsword and wait for the bandits.

Sense Motive 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (3) + 0 = 3

Would it be possible to roll a Perception to spot Svetlana's reaction?

Unless stated otherwise, or your character isn't within view, everything I write is accessible to all characters. You can have seen her reaction.

The travellers put their horses in the stables, which puts the small building almost over capacity. The hooded man just sneers in reply to Elros, but looks over to Roga and says "Not much for talkin' this mornin.. Still early and looking for some food and maybe a quick nap before we are back on the road again."

A few minutes later, Oleg comes out with breakfast and delivers it to the guest house. Some fresh fruit, sausage, and eggs smell delicious as he sets it down on the table and walks out. He begins to head back to the main house moving a little faster than normal, checking over his shoulder more than a few times.

@DM what time of day is it that we're assuming? just sunrise? or long pass sunrise?

Elros despise being sneered at, and took a disliking on the man, but not on those with him. As they he's keeping an eye on him and only him.

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Inconvenient time to be at work, sorry guys! Won't likely be able to post again 'till 11 CST or so, but will be on all day tomorrow.

Sense Motive on travelers: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 Ouch, of all times for a natty 1...

Triaxus reddens slightly further at Svetlana's admonishment and rushes out of the shed, taking a moment to let everything sink in a bit. 'A tiefling, a nobleman, and a winter witch, all on the same expedition?!'
He takes a couple breaths, only slightly registering Roga and Stellan's confrontation as a second thought runs through his head.

'And you thought you'd be the odd child...'

A sharp bark of laughter escapes him, which he immediately apologies for as a new group of travelers approach and he struggles to hold the rest back. 'Well, at best Triaxus, you certainly won't be lacking for interesting company anytime soon!'

Stellan just shakes his head and gets his gear. Another one that hears 'witch' and make assumptions, and after lecturing ME on trusting fellow men! It's not like I summon demons -...

Knowledge(Arcana):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 Reference Tieflings, Elros, Egorian Academy of Arts, Demon and Devil summoning etc. What has mother told him of such matters?

Sense motive:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10 What's up with the travelers?

Stellan waves as the travelers move into the main house and says." G' mornin'."

If Amoonrann is still on the ground in the stable, and not resisting, he'll peal off his jacket and put it around her, as not to be obvious as to what she is, and will carry her to the far corner of the stable. "With her 'illness' I'll put her where she would feel better than inside, OK. Svetlana?"

Bluff1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 Really means, Get Her Outta Sight!

He then grabs his kit and shortspear. He is now dressed in several layers of grey wool tunic.

"Caelus, Why don't-". Stellan breaks off when he sees that Caelus has gone off on his prep.

Apologies for the delay in posting...but my last post was at about 6am my time and I was in need of some sleep. Heh...if I knew everyone was going to utterly fail every single WIS based check out there, I would have reacted differently to Svetlana XP

Amoonrann allowed herself to be moved, or at the very least, she didn't stop Stellan from moving her from the shed into the stables. Despite her breakdown, she did manage to hear the travelers and she looked them over as she was lead into the stables.

Sense Motive on the travelers:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11

HA! Not that my amazing wisdom was of any help...

Caelus looks intently at the new arrivals, slightly confused at their demeanor. Why were they acting nervous when they saw us? Unless... Suddenly Caelus bursts out laughing to himself, realization dawning on him.

Caleus leave his spot at the shed and walks over to the main building, examining the new arrivals. He gestures to Roga, and whispers to him "Friend Paladin, you wanted to speak to the bandits, here is your chance!" He points to the new arrivals with an interested smile. "Go ahead!"

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Triaxus snaps to attention at Caelus' words, and is suddenly all too aware of the sun beaming down from the east, and the timely arrival of these 'travelers'. He shakes his head and lowers a hand to his starknife, muttering in soft, flowing tone.

Celestial:
Literal statement: This sudden event is a startling yet predictable development. Translation to Taldane: Oh crap.

It's about 15-20 minutes after sunrise, Elros.
@Stellan - what exactly are you trying to Knowl: Arcana?

The travellers are milling about quietly, and go to eat the breakfast that Oleg has put out for them. They seem to give the party no notice, and keep to their small group.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

Finally someone, that passes the check, we really need better Sense Motive and Perception scores, except Amoonrann, who just needs to roll better. :P

Startled by Caelus words, Roga just realizes what happend, the bandits walked right in under their noses. Cursing under his breath. He hurries to done armour and grab that sword.

I have to go to work, can't make a more extensive post at the moment. If you need to proceed, I will get armoured up grab, my sword and talk to the bandits, feel free to roll diplomacy for me and act accordingly.

Stellan, unaware of what is happening outside, continues treating Amoonrann. He gets the jug of wine out from his saddlebags and offers it to her. "Amoonrann, please drink some of this, there is little time."

Heal1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 How is she? Will she recover from shock quickly?
If she seems ok and there is time left, Stellan will peer out of the stables checking on what's happening.

Perception 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Sorry about the Barrage. Possible more than one roll needed. I'll be more specific.
1) Tiefling are the result of devils and humans mating, happens relatively often in Chelix, does he know this?
2)Elros the first is a famous conjurer, what, if anything does Stellan know about him?
3)The Egorian School of Magic is famous for conjuring, does Stellan know this?
4)That school is well known for conjuring devils, does Stellan know this?
5) Does Stellan have any reason to suspect Elros II of being able/willing to summon devils?
6) Is summoning devils always an evil act?
7) Is there anything else about Devils and such that he could/should know about, even without a specific question in mind?

I'm treating this as a flash of knowledge where everything comes together at once. Or not with that roll.

I think we just got unlucky in our WIS based rolls is all. We're really better at such things than many a group would be. My witch's perception bonus is +6, rather good for that class,I think.

I don't see summoning devil or demon and "controlling" them is evil, however if I summon an "angel" or something holy and "Control" them, it might not be evil too, but I don't think controlling people that are good to do your bidding would be good. Just my opinion on these though.

After moments of eyeing up the man in black cloak, Elros suddenly thinking about how lost temper just because they sneered at him, how inconsiderate of him.

Elros when to visit Oleg and ask if there's any food for him, particularly bread or other that is simple yet filling.

Stellan, go ahead and make a roll for 2-7. About Tieflings, you know they are the result of evil outsiders mating with humanoids. You know that more than just Devils have done this. Tieflings are almost always evil.

As the travellers finish their meal, they start to gather their things and head out the door of the guest house back towards the stables...

OK then :

2)Knowledge(Arcana):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
3)Knowledge(Arcana):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
4)Knowledge(Arcana):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20
5)Knowledge(Arcana):1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18

I'm waiting for Amoonrann's status/reactions before posting but that player is in a different time zone as I recall. Might be a while. If Mooney's appearance is repaired, might bluff it out.

Do I have enough time to cast mage armor before the "travelers" could notice?

When Oleg handed Elros some food, he'll eat them and fed some to Jimmy. (This should take about 10-15 minutes.) Elros will go find Roga, and prepare to wait for the bandit with him.

After 20 minutes of waiting with Roga, Elros will cast a Mage Armor on himself.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

As they exit the guest house Roga stands waiting for them with his greatsword placed in front of him resting the point on the ground forming a cross behind him stands Elros.

If it is okay with you, El?, this is what I would imagine would be best

In a stern voice he says: "Your days as bandits ends here. Surrender now and repent in honesty and you will be spared or go meet your gods, this will be your only chance."

And a Diplomacy to back it up 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

What Amoonrann experienced while in her state of shock...not necessary to the game, but of interest to those who care for that sorta thing:
Despite their reputation for being calm and indifferent people, Druids were actually constantly constantly at war with themselves. Their bond with nature, while an undeniable benefit, comes with a price. Druids in a twist of irony, to be a Druid, lord and master of nature, one cannot be as nature compels you to be. If they allow their baser natures to 'take root', the consequences to the natural world around them can be devastating due to their bond with nature. For nature is ever a servant of the Druids, she listens to them, and is prone to take cues from a Druid's emotional state. Thus if a Druid is sad, a great rain may fall; or if a Druid is angry, whole crops may die; and so on.

And so the Druids teach of a meditative technique known as going inside. It is a method of self-control that is used only when one is on the brink of becoming little more than emotion made flesh as the consequences of losing control could be devastating not only to the particular Druid, but to the natural order of the world.

Amoonrann had gone inside. She was being flung about by terrible winds, and water as cold as ice was burning her skin. Deafening thunder filled the skies, and wickedly hot lighting was striking all around. But unlike before, the subtle calm and order of the storm was lost to Amoonrann, she was merely a piece of debris, caught up in fury of her seething emotions.

"No!" Amoonrann cried out to the storm. "I am Amoonrann Stormheart! Druid of the Green Faith! Servant of the great balance! she continued, managing as she spoke to steady herself from being tossed aside by the impossible winds. She stood on no ground, in fact, no ground could be seen anywhere. There were merely the black swirling clouds of the storm, a storm which let out a mighty bellow of rage at the arrogance of this Tiefling to think that she could control a power so great.

"Enough!" she cried, and she willed herself forward towards the eye of the storm. She flew. Despite the winds, the rains, or anything else, she flew. None of it could impede her, and as she drew closer and closer to the eye of the storm, she found things became calmer and calmer. Until eventually...

Amoonrann's body suddenly writhed and she began coughing, as if she had just been saved from drowning. She shivered, gasping for air as she coughed up non-existent water. She fell foward, spitting into the earth, trying to be rid of water that just wasn't there. Her senses gradually returned to her and she leaned back, panting heavily as she did.

"Wh...what's happening?" Amoonrann asked, recognizing Stellan as one of the people in the expeditionary force she'd joined to reclaim the Stolen Lands. She gestured towards the jug of wine that Stellan had offered her in her non-cognitive state, a pleading look on her face.

The "travellers" freeze as Roga confronts them, looking very worried. The cloaked man, however, takes another step forward... Pulls out his Longbow and fires through Roga to the Elf behind. "Stupid Elf, prolly YOU who noticed us huh!"

Surprise Round: Happs
Longbow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 161d8 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Elros FF is 14 (With Mage Armor), and the arrow pierces clean through his shoulder for 11 damage.

For combat, we will be going enemy-party-enemy-party-etc. I will average the combatants initiative for each side and roll them as 1. We won't be using a map, just be descriptive how far you would like to be from somebody. When the entire party goes, the enemies will go again. Feel free to post 2 turns at a time if you like.
Party, Bandits:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 91d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Bandits go first.

The cloaked man yells out "Two of you, back to the camp! Quickly! We will finish these whelps off!" Two of the bandits double-move to the stables to their horses.

The other two bandits charge Roga, drawing their longswords. 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 221d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 191d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 41d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Roga takes 9 damage as the bandits both land lucky strikes against him.

The cloaked man, Happs, takes another shot at Elros who is clearly about to pass out. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 211d8 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

After another lucky shot (FF 14 still), Happs drops Elros and grins at Roga. "No, I think you should take your lot and get out of here.

Parties turn! So many high rolls, and our wizard is down for the count already...

Amoorann comes out of her daze just in time for all hell to break loose. "Amoonrann, I - Oh @@@@ no time the bandits just killed Elros. Fight them or die!" The jug in his hand hits the ground.

If I have even a few seconds, PUT ON MAGE ARMOR! I would like to not to die in round one.

Stellan speaks in a mix of Dragonic and magic. From his breath a frosty mist pours out and moves over his body leaving a trail of frost that fades into invisibility. Any time left he picks up his shortspear. He'll wait for the guys coming and confront them. He has no illusions about surviving this without massive good luck, between Elros's likely death, and Amoonrann's badly timed psychotic break, he thinks he can't stop the disaster. But he's going to try, to save Oleg and Svetlana from a tortured death at the hands of these murderous beasts.

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Amoonrann blinks to a fully conscious state, processes Stellan's words, and then watches him disappear. She hears the order for the guards to run back to the camp and notices that there are several more horses in the stable then there used to be. She gets to her feet.

Amoonrann quickly concludes that them running back to their camp is not going to be a good idea and as their horses are here in the stable, well that means they'll have to come here to get back to camp quickly. Thus getting here cannot be allowed to happen.

Amoonrann's eyes go white, and she makes obscure gestures with her hands, almost whispering Druidic words that seem to echo throughout the fortress as the earth itself springs weeds out of the ground to keep anyone from entering the stable.

Amoonrann is casting Entangle in the area just outside the stable door. DC 15 reflex save for everybody just in the 10' space just outside the stable door, another 5' north and south of those 10', and for each of those four squares extend the AoE another 5' east (so a tall 4x2 rectangle going out from the doors). DC 15 save, or they become entangled. Anybody coming into those squares has to make the same DC 15 save or be entangled.Terrain also counts as 'difficult terrain'.

As a follow up: I'm assuming that my scythe is still in the shed, or do I have it with me?

Stellan, you're using your turn casting Mage Armor then?
Moony, they're already in their horses at the stables. You can Entangle the area they are in/need to leave through. They spent their last turn double-moving to get to their horses.
You can still have your scythe with you, thats fine.

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Sorry, you said they spent their turn to double "move to the stables and their horses" which didn't necessarily imply that they got either to the stables, or their horses. So I interpreted that statement to mean they were still 'on their way' but just short of. Baring that in mind then, yeah, I'll target the area that the bandits are in then. 8 squares with them as close to the middle of the block as they can be.

I also presume that since my move action was used for getting up, I can't have my scythe equipped yet.

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

As Roga began speaking to the now exposed bandits, Triaxus began moving toward the door, hoping to salvage some of the initial plan they had concieved the night before. When Elros goes down, all former premises are shot to the winds. Triaxus pulls a dagger loose along with his starknife and rushes toward the paladin as his is swarmed by the brigands. Around the corner, he hears Stellan's incantation, and a prayer of a chance appears to him. Dashing behind one bandit as his blade gets through Roga's guard, he swings his own weapon for the soft spot where neck and shoulder meet.

Attack against Bandit (ideally flanking with Roga): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Falling back into a guard position, he shouts out in words of magic and power,

Draconic:
"Stellan! Two bandits in the stable! As soon as you see them, make them sleep!

Once squared up against his opponent, Triaxus spares a brief glance towards Elros.

Perception check: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18
Heal check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Assuming either of those was good enough to know this...

Draconic:
"Spheres! I think Elros is still alive! He's hurt bad though, he needs help, quick!"

With blood flowing from multiple cuts and howling in agony Roga brings his greatsword down on one of the bandits in front of him.

@ Dunebugg - quick question, would elros not be eligible for cover if stand behind me?

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Since we're apparently taking two turns at once...something I missed above, for my second turn...

Amoonrann bends down and grabs her scythe, holding it in a defensive stance. And once again, her eyes flash white as she utters another Druidic incantation, one of her hands reaches out and points at the bandits, ominously.

If one of the bandits is not entangled, he is the target of this ability. If both were entangled, or if neither was entangled, the target is whichever one of them is closest to Moony.

Ranged touch attack from Stormburst (Sp):1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

With a successful hit, target takes 1d6 ⇒ 1 nonlethal damage damage and suffers -2 on attacks for 1 round.

Also, Moony is entering a defensive fighting stance beginning on her next turn (her 3rd turn, as the (Sp) concludes her second turn).

@Roga I would think to be more beside you, since then it'll be easier for me to color spray without having you in the area too.

dunno what to else to add for my stabalize role, if it's con then add one to the followings:1d20 ⇒ 14

Actually I'm not down, so forget what I wrote before, I got originally 13ac +4 mage armor, I have 17 AC. so the first 11 whooping damage didn't hit, but the second did. And I'm assuming i'm not behind Roga and are in view of the enemies, the second hit won't have the +4AC and +2 ref cover added.

Screaming in pain, Elros mumbles in Elven and cast a shoots out a color spray.

Color Spray Will DC 16:

If hit:
2 HD or less: The creature is unconscious, blinded, and stunned for 2d4 rounds, then blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, and then stunned for 1 round. (Only living creatures are knocked unconscious.)

3 or 4 HD: The creature is blinded and stunned for 1d4 rounds, then stunned for 1 round.

5 or more HD: The creature is stunned for 1 round.

if missed: will negate

the color spray is aiming at an angle that should hit the most of them as possible.

Huge post.

Lots of issues here. I'll try to work with it.

@dunebugg I thought I was clear enough but I'll redo here the post in a much more structured and detailed way.

Round 0 - Surprise round. Unsurprised parties may take one Standard Action OR one move action not both.

Roga initiates round by challenge.
Bandits act first.

Happs had bow at ready.
Happs attacks Elros who being surprised and Flat-Footed(FF) loses his +3 Dex bonus and has Armor Class 14 due to the +4 Mage Armor Bonus.

Happs speaks telling two bandits to go to stable and leave for camp. Free Action.

Those two bandit make one move action and go to stables.

Two bandits draw weapons and advance to melee range on Roga.

Roga could take an action but it appears that it was denied by dunebugg for reasons unknown. All other characters are unaware of what's happening and take no actions.

Round one - everybody acts in initatve order - when it's your turn to act any surprised character losses the FF condition.

Bandits act first.

Happs slaughters the unprepared Elros.
Two bandits attack and cripple Roga.

Two bandits mount horses One move action. They move out of the stable. One move action.

Roga attempts to fight back.

Amoonrann attempts to Entangle the leaving riders. Move to position to see and cast spell.

Triaxus move to flanking position behind one of the bandits engaged in melee with Roga and attacks. Move action and standard action.
Talks in Dragonic to Stellan and everyone. Two free actions.

Stellan can act (finally).
Free action talking to Amoonrann - breaks off conversation as above.
Free action - Drops Jug of wine he was offering her.

Status: Beginning of Round one.
Stellan turns begins.
Base AC: 12 from Dex.
Stance: Standing
Current AC: 12 Flat foot condition ends.
Max Hit Points:7
Current Hit Points: 7
All spells and hex available. Dressed in layers of wool tunic. Dagger at belt No weapon at ready.

Standard Action Cast Spell.
Repeat from earlier post now that I have better context. (and I'm awake as well :)

Stellan speaks in a mix of Dragonic and magic. From his breath a frosty mist pours out and moves over his body leaving a trail of frost that fades into invisibility. He has no illusions about surviving this without massive good luck, between Elros's likely death, and Amoonrann's badly timed psychotic break, he thinks he can't stop the disaster. But he's going to try, to save Oleg and Svetlana from a tortured death at the hands of these murderous beasts.

Cast Mage Armor.

The bandit enter the stable and ignore Moony and Stel mounting up and riding out much to Stellan's relief.

Stellan gets the spear with 5' step (should be nearby) and readies it. Ready weapon is move action and cannot be combined with actual movement due to Stellan's zero BAB.

Stellan hears Triaxus advice but can't do anything about it now.

Dragonic:
Voice mode: Response to presumptuous command. "Busy, will try to deal with other very important matters very soon, the Druid of the Green is awake and active."
I'm making assumptions here about how the mindset of Dragonic works. Status is important and small words have a lot of context. In common, with intonation and word choice what Stellan said was
'Powerful but overly presumptuous equal; I am busy with tasks important to my self-preservation, but I will deal with other important acquaintances as soon as possible, the (More dangerous but unstable) Druid of the Green is aware and actively doing dangerous to the enemies things.' I'm not going to double write everything in the future, just interpret thing this way, please.

Assuming all Stellan's actions are successful.

Status: End of Round one.
Stellan turns begins.

Stellan moves to just outside the stables. He will try to sleep the fleeing bandits, if he can include any other bandits in the radius of effect without having any other conscious person in that radius he will. Remember, he paced out the exact size of the compound yesterday for the exact purpose of being about to cast the sleep spell with extreme accuracy.

Stellan moves outside of stable not blocking Amonrann's Line-of-sight/effect. Move action.
Stellan cast sleep spell, unless there is good reason not too based on events the character would know but the player does not.

@dunebugg - You're DM, your word goes. I would like to see more clear statements of what is happening from you if possible. I do object in two ways as to what happened. One Roga initiated the surprise, I think only he should have had an action in the surprise round. Two, even so it looks to me that you gave both a standard and move action to the bandits in the surprise round which is not RAW. Still, it's your game, your rules. I tried to write the summary according to RAW and what everyone said. Sorry if this offends, it's meant to be helpful not overly critical.

If anyone is offended by what I've said here, I apologize such is not my intent.

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Only thing I'll say is that since the bandits are already in the stable (where you moved me), I won't need to move to be in line of sight to cast the Entangle. Thus the move action would be to get from prone, to standing upright on turn 1. Moony then uses the Standard action to cast Entangle on the guards.

On turn 2, my move action would be the grabbing of the scythe, while my standard action would be using Stormbolt on a bandit.

One worry I will raise, only because Stellan has somewhat touched on it: Moony's actions in turn 2 are entirely dependent on those bandits not moving in between her turn 1 and turn 2. Thus if it turns out at least one of them didn't get entangled and he's now up in my face before I started my turn 2, my actions will not be as I posted above...what with spell casting being an AoO and all.

To clarify Happs+Bandits:
Surprise round was ONLY Happs, as he was the one who initiated it and didn't communicate to his bandit buddies he was going to attack. Roga was waiting on a response from the bandits and thus was not ready for combat. If he had initiated combat then yes, he would have got the surprise round not Happs. In my group we call this situation "Diplomacy has failed!"
Happs pulled out a bow (Quick Draw) as a free action, and shot Elros (Standard action). Surprise round over. As Elros is surprised and thus Flat-Footed, you are denied your Dex to AC. A 16 is enough to hit your flat-footed AC.
Round 1: Happs shoots again (Standard action).
2 bandits double move TO the horses, they are still not on them.
2 bandits charge Roga (full-round action: +1 BAB allows them to pull weapon as they move).

The two bandits in the stables are quite shocked as a tangle of roots burst out of the ground to slow their progress.
Reflex saves for Banditx2, Horsesx2. 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 161d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 121d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 181d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
One of the bandits is lucky enough to not be entangled, and climbs on his horse (move action), which seems to not be affected by the combat that has erupted around it (Perception DC10, it appears to be war-trained). He takes his move action to leave the stable, moving through the difficult terrain a total of 25 feet (a move action next turn will put him at the Fort gates). Moony shoots him worth a stormbolt, which seems to startle him but do little else.
The second bandit in the stables panics and swings his sword at the plants at his feet.

Since Roga did not declare an enemy I will work it out as favorably as possible
Triaxus moved up and nearly kills the bandit between himself and Roga. The bandit tries to flee, provoking from both Roga and Triaxus.
The second bandit next to Roga is cut down in a single cut by his mighty greatsword, a bright red gash appearing from shoulder to hip.

Happs suddenly looks very grim, and walks back 10 feet toward the gate and fires at the Aasimar (20 ft distance).
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 131d8 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
The arrows fly by Triaxus, not finding their mark.

Stellan attempts to sleep the fleeing bandit. 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8 The bandit falls asleep atop his horse, which is still headed for the gate.
Status as of the end of Round2:
1 Bandit entangled in the stables. 1 bandit on horse-back attempting to leave the Fort. 1 Bandit fleeing, provoking AoO from Roga+Triaxus. 4th Bandit is dead. Happs is one move-action from the gate.
I have actions from Moony, and Stellan. Elros is stable at negative HP.Waiting on Roga + Triaxus to advance combat

No way I thought I died, hmm apparently not. 11 damage me down to 0hp then the 6 damage. So questions:

1. How do the hp below 0 works again? is it maximum of hit die + con modifier, which means I can drop no more that 7hp below 0, or is it out constitution score, if so then it's 12

2. Did my first stabilize roll succeed which should be 14, unless I add Con mod then it'll be 15? If I succeed then on the second round I'll cast ray of enfeeblement range touch attack of 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23, if hit Fort Save half DC 16.

If my first stabilize didn't succeed, then I'll stabilize myself again on my second round 1d20 ⇒ 15

Death and dying: you are unconscious at -1 and can take no action except to stabilize. To stabilize you need to make a Con check of DC 10+Negative HP value. In your case Elros it would be 16 on the first round. As you did not succeed, I lied earlier, you drop another 1hp to -7. Your DC for round 2 is 17, which you missed by 1 again, and you drop to -8. You will die if you reach negative hp equal to your Con score (12).
You can take no actions even if you stabilize, until your HP is back at or above 0

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

As the bandit tries to flee Roga utters: "O no you don't." and slashes upwards a the man.

Attack of opportunity 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (6, 4) + 9 = 19

Possible crit 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21 2d6 ⇒ (3, 4) = 7

Correct me if I am wrong calculating it wrong, total damage = 26

As Happs is 20 ft away, Roga decides to charge him. "The hunter hunts!" He yells as he charges:

Charge 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (3, 1) + 9 = 13

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Before I make my move, I'll need to know: where I am in the stable (I'm assuming it is the the Northern part...the square just south of the three bales of hay up against the wall); where the Entangle is (I am, thus far, assuming it is the 4 squares that touch "A3" and the 4 squares beneath those); and where the bandit in the stables actually is within that entangle - basically, I need to know if he is threatening the door to the stable or not

Moony, we will place you and the bandit at opposite ends of the stable. He currently does not threaten and is rooted in place.

HP: 9/9 | IN: 2 | F: 3 | R: 2 | W: 6 | P: 9 | Vanaras Storm Druid 1

Very well then. Round 3:

Perception on the Horse:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

Amoonrann cursed aloud and she takes off after the running bandit. "Runner! Someone get the runner!" She shouts to any of the group that may be listening. She's likely got only one shot at this so, once again, her eyes flash white and she calls forth another Stormbolt aimed at the fleeing bandit.

Free Action: Call out to the party, maintain defensive fighting stance

Move Action: Amoonrann gives chase to the fleeing bandit moving max distance to out of the stable and get line of sight on the fleeing bandit

Standard action: Stormbolt (Sp) ranged touch attack 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 1 = 13, if hit, target takes 1d6 ⇒ 2 non-lethal and suffers - 2 to attacks for 1 round

Moony, before you shoot, you can see the bandit is clearly asleep. Don't know if that impacts your turn. He may or may not fall off his saddle

Male Aasimar Ranger 1

Whoo boy, phone posting in combat!

Triaxus hears Amoonraan shout out and quickly shoves down his relief to sight the bandit she called. Spotting him on horseback coming from around the stable, he drew back his starknife and leading the target, let her fly.

Ranged attack against bandit 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (13) + 5 = 18
Damage 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7

Placing my turn in a spoiler so as not to influence others actions, incorrectly, and to make a more coherent post.

Blast! Got on the horse before got it off, wasted. And only one to boot!

Free action: Stellan speaks here. Text outside of spoiler.

Move action: walks carefully out of stable, making very sure that he gives no chance for the trapped bandits to attack him.
Move action: Goes to Elros if safe to do so. Otherwise and only otherwise, will attack who makes it not safe, if I won't get entangled or AoO'd. This refers to melee weapons not Happs's bow or other ranged attack. Let me know if I have to need to make a roll.

Free action:speak.

Dragonic:

I can't do anything about the fleeing bandit. I'm trying to get to Elros before it's too late.

Keep it where it is. Also, please be more specific going over what happens in the OOC summaries at the end of each post. I skimmed all the parts that had my character's name, and then I read the OOC at the bottom which did not mention the fact that the guy on horseback had fallen asleep.

Granted, I could just spend more time reading the whole post...at the same time, however, a GM should make explicit what's happening so that there is no confusion

At the beginning of round three:
-one starknifed bandit, awoken from sleep, on horseback headed out the gate
-one entangled bandit in the stables
-2 dead bandits near Roga + Triaxus
-Happs, engaged in melee with Roga
-Elros continues to bleed out at -7

The bandit, who is luckily hit with a starknife to wake him from Stellans slumber, panics from both being awoken and being hit by the starknife. Imposing a -2 penalty on his ride check to remain seated. 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (7) - 1 = 6 The bandit just barely is able to hold onto his horse, and dashes through the gates double moves, leaving him 50 ft outside the gates. An arrow or magic missle would still be able to reach him.

To the dismay of the bandit still entangled in the stables, Happs growls in frustration, stepping away from Roga 5ft step... And pulls out a flask of Alchemists Fire, which he throws into the building. 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12 The fire lands near the entangled bandit, and both immediately catch fire. The bandit within begins to scream as Happs grins wickedly. "Make your choice... come after us, or save your poor Fort. Ahahaha!"

- Moony could move action to get within distance of stormbolt, but would be outside the fort.
-There is no risk to approaching Elros, he is able to be healed
Status:
- 1 bandit, barely holding on to his horse about 50 ft outside the fort gates
- Happs, grinning wickedly a 5ft step away from Roga. He is badly wounded. Hint. Hint hint.

Assuming I've reached Elros.
Heal check 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 Elros's condition.

Standard action:Heal Hex.
Stellan's face gurns and he mutters and small incantation. Frosty breath billows from his mouth and nose, washing over Elros. Where it meets wounded flesh it seems to freeze it for a second then the wounds shut, leaving a thin white mark. (Up to dunebugg if the mark fades over time or not.)

Cure Light Wounds 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Heal check: Is it enough?
Heal check 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 Is it enough?
It's not enough, hang on Elros.

Male Human, Kellid Paladin/1

"I'll rebuild the Fort once you have gone to meet your maker." Roga says with an icy chill in his voice. He steps up to Happs and while clearly in thrusts his sword against him.

That will be a 5 ft step towards Happs followed by a standard attack. 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (1, 1) + 9 = 11

Round 3:

Do I do a heal check too, or is stabilize check different?doesn't matter either way, got a 0 ability mod on wisdom.
1d20 ⇒ 10
Didn't stabalize drop down to -9, hence DC 19 save.

Round 4:

Stellan healed me of 3 damage, bringing me back up to -6
Stellan nearly got me =p
I tried to stabilize again,
1d20 ⇒ 11
Failed again, and drop to -7, DC17 to stabilize.
gosh what a drag, imagine if my first feat isn't toughness, I'd probably bleed out by now.
