You did. He's actually back to neutral again. That doesn't mean he's not cranky about that scare you gave him.

The gillman raises an eyebrow at this. After pondering Blood Eagle's words he says, "If you are historians, then decipher the mystery before you." He motions at the city diorama in at the edge of the pond.

Yea my diplomacy is horrible also.

Rising up from the pool is a column of rock with steeply sloped sides and a flat top, as if someone had sawn off the top of a massive stalagmite. A miniature city carved from this same stone occupies nearly the entire surface. Tiny trinkets such as ancient coins, polished semiprecious stones, and ornately braided loops of string are scattered throughout the diorama, and pale cave frogs clamber atop it. The smooth cavern floor is covered in gravel and pebbles along the edge of the pool, and several foot-long centipedes prowl among the gravel in their search for prey.

Union's Blade:
It appears that this is a representation of Absalom. There are small semi-precious stones in the representation of the city that remind you of the carving you were able to suss out earlier. In the carving the thief was stealing one of the gemstones. Sleight of hand check

Silver Warden:
You were able to interpret a couple of the carvings earlier. When thinking back on them you noticed the craftsman was creating something and showing their ingenuity. You could try and make something as well. There's some stones, clay, and a couple fish bones here in the cave. Craft Check

On the other hand, the merchants in the carving were trading coins back and forth. There are some coins in the city diorama that you could trade out.

Orlesk Hrathsyn:
If you're interpreting the carvings you saw earlier correctly, the craftsman was creating something and showing their ingenuity. You could try and make something as well. There's some stones, clay, and a couple fish bones here in the cave. Craft Check

The Wasp:
There are small eyeless cave fish swimming in the pond here. You might be able to catch one if you try. Give me an unarmed attack roll

Lightning Agent:
Being as you were able to decipher several of the carvings earlier, you have a few ideas on what could be done. First off, the craftsman was creating something and showing their ingenuity. You could try and make something as well. There's some stones, clay, and a couple fish bones here in the cave. Craft Check

Secondly, the merchants in one of the other carvings were trading coins back and forth. There are some coins in the city diorama that you could swap out.

Lastly, there are small semi-precious stones in the representation of the city that remind you of the thief carving you were able to suss out earlier. In the carving the thief was stealing one of the gemstones. Sleight of hand check

Blood Eagle:
You notice that everyone else has a much better idea of what they're looking for than you do. However, you remember Lightning Agent mentioned something about the carvings earlier involving a craftsman making something and Union's Blade mentioning something about a thief stealing something to show it appreciation.

Oh, and the Wasp just mentioned something about fishing. Who knows? All you can think of is barbarian magic users in chaps. It's quite distracting.
Try a craft check to make something out of clay, stones, and fish bones; a sleight of hand check to steal something from the diorama; or a maybe an unarmed attack roll to grab a fish from the water. You could just daydream about chaps, but that's unlikely to help the current situation.

@Blood Eagle:
Everything glows. Everything in this cave is magicked somehow. You have a feeling that this place was personally touched by a god at some point. More than likely, it was Aroden himself. However, at this point some of the magics are starting to fade down to the mortal level since his demise. It's quite staggering how bright the auras still are, though. In particular, the water in the cave pond appears to be enchanted in some way and its magics still hold.

The gillman claps his hands and says, "Apparently, you are historians and explorers. I apologize for the sleight. The masks are still odd, though." He walks forward and explains, "While my people are not worshipers of Aroden, this place is still sacred to gillmen for various reasons and we make pilgrimages to this place. However, the magics that keep it pure are beginning to fade and those that would harvest its powers or hidden treasures for their own purposes are beginning to make their way in."

Stealth: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (3) + 13 = 16 Not so good...

He then shoots his crossbow, hoping to have some effect.

... and if sneak attack worked

Wasp's Delayed Action
Wasp tries to sneakily snipe through the rest of his party members, but the skeleton sees the attack coming and leans slightly out of the way. The crossbow bolt strikes true, but unfortunately skips off the bone unable to find a notch to dig into. DR sucks

After the crossbow bolt whizzes past, Union's Blade charges into the fray.
Skeleton 3: 1d20 ⇒ 1

The skeleton parries Union's attack, but with her blade against Union's morningstar she's unable to counter.

Skeleton 4: 1d20 ⇒ 3

Heaving each other back and forth, the parrying pair knock the other skeleton's attack offline and it whistles through the air and the sound of blade skittering against stone follows after.

The Wasp tumbles into the cavern, past the skeletons, to try for a better position (and to make way for others to step up).

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

Taking the long way around, he sets up a flanking position for The Union's Blade. (Double move for Wasp)

Silver Warden goes down the tunnel and squeezes behind The Union's Blade to stand next to him.

Leaving his square might have provoked an AoO. Unfortunately my move speed is only 20', so I can't get an attack in after 25' of movement.

Grand Lodge

Union's Blade strikes the skeleton cleaving it from shoulder to hip. The walking pile of bones falls to the ground.

GM Rolls:

random CW: 1d2 ⇒ 2 UB
1d6 ⇒ 5

Skeleton scimitar: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Skeleton Confirm Crit: 1d20 ⇒ 15
Damage -> Union's Blade: 1d6 ⇒ 6

The last skeleton takes advantage of the tempo of Union's attack and strikes him along the ribs. The skeleton takes a step backward to realign his guard.
