Let's get this show on the road! Yeah I'm really not picky on direction. Sorry if I'm holding things up, but work days have me generally restricted to posting on my phone.
On the subject of our important lesson on racism in Kaer Maga, here's a hint: Durnolf's the one slightly closer to your height when he's sitting on top of a snarling wolf.

I favor a loose democracy, myself. (why does that sound wrong?) Or rather, I don't know if we need a leader, yet. I have a feeling we're not going to need high Charisma/Diplomacy type stuff from the game--more like traps and nasties. Whoever feels the most tactically awesome would probably be best, if it comes to that.
I don't mind a bit of squabbling and confusion--adds to the fun. ;)

Fair enough with the request for OOC conversation to happen here.
We are in combat, however, and if a Surprise Round happens, Forewarned should kick in.
Forewarned (Su)
You can always act in the surprise round even if you fail to make a Perception roll to notice a foe, but you are still considered flat-footed until you take an action. In addition, you receive a bonus on initiative checks equal to 1/2 your wizard level (minimum +1). At 20th level, anytime you roll initiative, assume the roll resulted in a natural 20.

Durnolf should be ok. Surge is a targeted effect:
Surge (Su): As a standard action, you can cause a mighty wave to appear that pushes or pulls a single creature. Make a combat maneuver check against the target, using your cleric level + your Wisdom modifier as your CMB. If successful, you may pull or push the creature as if using the bull rush or drag combat maneuver. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier[/surge]
And as a CMB check, Nat-20 is auto success & Nat-1 auto failure.
Good job, Garuneh!

If Durnolf really couldn't move, I believe that by RAW I have to do another CMB check. Or something. Unless the GM would like to show some mercy.
If i succeed in that check they both go over the pit and I have possibly killed Durnolf. :( if I fail in the check, the surge is unsuccessful and iron snakey bites Durnolf.

I hope it would be reasonable to assume that Garuneh would wait to Surge until Durnolf is clear. If he isn't, no Surge.
I'd rather give up on that lovely natural 20 and not slay the cavalier!
Up to you, Mighty GM!

Can I shake Durnolf while I am still in move only mode?
Also, I'll be away for the rest of the day. Feel free to remote control Gunder. I guess he will walk up to Durnolf and shake him (if possible) or else will wait close by till the daze effect wears off and then heal Durnolf if needed. Or whatever else seems appropriate in the situation.

Firstly, the large snake thing halts his attack and begins to apologize profusely to our mighty party for inconveniencing us. Then he leads us to his terrible necromancer master, who, WITH OUR POWERS COMBINED, we soundly defeat in an epic battle spoken of throughout the ages. And from here I hand it off to Elizabeth, the next down the list, as these things are always more fun round-robin.

With the secrets gleaned from the ruins, Elizabeth achieves her goal of creating a new type of golem. After getting filthy rich from lucrative contracts, Elizabeth returns to Kaer Maga and overthrows her dumb male dominated family and turns it into a Matriarchy!
Your turn Gunder.

The Ardoc's new Golem army overtakes large parts of the inner sea region. Extending the power of the Ardoc Matriarchy far beyond Kaer Maga.
Meanwhile, the throne of Empress Elizabeth is empty, because she and the rest of the party are taking the starstone test (yes, even including the skeletton snake). They all pass and ascend to godhood.
Gunder becomes god of exotic food.
Aldous is up next.

After gaining the powers of goodhood, Aldous takes on the role of "God of the Pick-Up". On a completely unrelated note, half-elf birth rates skyrocket. Mr. Snake Skeleton goes on to enjoy a fantastic career as a comic ventriloguist & stage magician.
Tina?

Most probably I won't be online anymore when the GM returns. To speed up the game, here's a preview of what Gunder is going to do:
(Please copy the appropriate section over to the gameplay thread, once the next round starts)
When he hears anything, he distributes his torches to the party and lights them with Sparks from his finger tips. (Assuming Tina brought a torch as well, there should be one torch for everyone of us. Gunder will ask who wants a torch and will only light as many as are requested.)
"How bad is it? Do you need to be cured - or should I save my spells for later?" he asks Durnolf.
Shortly before the snake re-emerges, he renews Guidance and Virtue on everybody.
He also tells his clerics to open hot darkmantle booths in Garuneh's water park.
