Vesorianna gasps when you place the badge on the table. She glides to it, and picks it up. She closes her eyes for a moment and there is a feeling as if a heavy blanket were lifted from you. She sighs and seems to be getting brighter and brighter as she speaks, though her voice seems to be getting farther away. "Bless you, child. With my husband's badge, I have sent the souls here to their final judgement in Pharasma's hall. Now all that remains is for me to join them. This Prison will be vacant, finally. Thank you, thank you all...." She seems to fade and the badge falls to the ground.
Warden’s badge (3,000 gp; treat as a lesser ectoplasmic metamagic rod that must be held when activated; Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Equipment 188)

I'm just glad it is over, like really over. I'd don't remember bravery being part of the mission, it was probably in the fine print in the contract I signed Zano says jokeingly
now it is time to divide up whatever loot was left in that dungeon and unclaimed. I don't remember who had the link to the loot list. Something I always do when we get back to town, because it makes sense that way.
Xerice Lockhart |
Recommend we divide it in discussion thread.
Xerice picks up the badge and tosses it around a bit. "Perhaps good things do happen to goody two shoes." she says with a proper amount of sarcasm and a wink in Sonny's direction.
She then heads out and proceeds back to the manor where she quickly heads upstairs with a bottle of wine and locks herself in the bathroom. It doesnt take long before the water starts running and you can smell a fire burning used to heat the bath.

The safe is easily opened with the key. Although much of the remaining property is junk, a few items remain that may be of interest, including a set of masterwork thieves’ tools, a bronze war medallion from the Shining Crusade (worth 40 gp), an unframed Taldan painting of Stavian I (worth 100 gp), a set of a noblewoman’s silver hair clips (worth 35 gp), a masterwork punching dagger, a pouch containing a dozen masterwork shurikens, a masterwork silver war razor, and a wand of lesser restoration (12 charges).
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
Ah! Whoops, sorry. Wrong description.
Within the safe are kept numerous (now out-of-date) legal documents, along with 500 gp (the prison’s payroll and petty cash fund) and a wooden rack on which sit emergency supplies (four potions of cure moderate wounds, three potions of lesser restoration, and two potions of remove disease).

This effectively ends Chapter 1. Chapter 2 will begin once the 30 days that Professor Lorrimor requested you spend before taking his books to Lepidstadt. Approximately one week has passed, so you have three weeks before it's time to leave. Furthermore, please level up to 4th level. As soon as you are ready, and assuming you are still willing, we will begin Chapter 2.

Regarding the objects in town, the Silk Purse, a pawnshop, is currently selling the ring of feather falling and has a dusty rose ioun stone, but does not know it is magical. The proprietor, Luramin Taigh, is offering for sale for 500 gp as a "piece of smoky quartz." You may, of course, take advantage of this mistake or you may let him know of its true value.
In addition, Alendru Ghoroven, the proprietor of the Unfurling Scroll, a magic shop and scroll shop, is a 5th level wizard and may be able to create wondrous items, if there's something you're interested in but do not see.
Xerice Lockhart |
Xerice would love to take advantage of Luramin, but she doesn't know it's worth either since she has no spellcraft ranks :P
Caesare Montoya |
Well with 650gp we cannot do much
Caesare will obtain a longspear to round up his weapons.
He would also try to get a potion of bulls strength. Is there a laboratory in the professors house, then he can make a few alchemistical items. Anyone want anything special?
Caesare Montoya |
Oh and Caesare will return the battle apsergillum to the temple, donating 10gp for the safe exorcism of the haunted prison. He will also ask the headpriest to join him for a quick inspection, hoping this will diminish the fears of the populace. He will order a alchemical silver battle aspergillum from the local smith, willing and able to aid with alchemical process. If possible he would like the spearblade be made of cold iron.
In his leasure time he will read quite a bit in the library.
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
There is an alchemical lab in the Lorrimor home, which Kendra allows you to use. You may find any special material items for the usual cost.
