That was HeroLab's closest equivalent when I put that in there, but yeah I should remove it, because that last he had it was in the Goblin seacave when he gave it to Dingus.
On the road this weekend and will be without internet. Going to Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM. It is the former home of Georgia O'Keeffe and the beautiful backdrop for her artwork. Will be river rafting and visiting Beer-brewing monks as well.

Nice! i don't know if the ghost ranch living museum is still around, but it's worth a visit to see the smallest national forest. and the huge fiberglass beaver that watches over it!
I had a good time at the ranch. Lots of drinking and river rafting. But it turns out someone died there the day I left. They fell off a mesa there, while hiking. Its an easy thing not to survive when you manage to do that.
This picture isn't mine, but it is the exact view I had as we drank under the stars...and shows the 'deadly' mesa.
I went to Ghost Ranch a couple times when I was a kid and it was owned by the Presbyterian church or something. i don't remember that much drinking back then ; )
yeah, falling off mesas isn't a good plan. i wonder if that was drinking related...
Still owned by the Pres. church. So yeah, the drinking was not an 'organized' activity. But there was nothing to stop it as a 'personal' activity. Just had to keep it on the quiet side after a certain hour.
several smaller breweries have begun adding pumpkin pie spice to their beers a month or so before Halloween. I reckon it's become something like adding green dye to beer for St Patty's day, but I kinda like it : )
I always find it more refreshing at least trying for the big win. You either look like a hero... or the fail is so spectacular as to make up for the pain of loss.
Cap'n - how do you rule spectral hand and touch spells? Reading the spell it would appear to me that the hand can only deliver the spell and not actually hold the charge itself?

Holding the Charge: If you don't discharge the spell in the round when you cast the spell, you can hold the charge indefinitely. You can continue to make touch attacks round after round. If you touch anything or anyone while holding a charge, even unintentionally, the spell discharges.
Just wondering if Grackle blew a spell when he turned to adjust the sails like the flash and needed to re-cast his shocking grasp.
I dunno, I couldn't work in a basic sailing class when I was able and now i'm high and dry, but we 're not talking about a tall ship or anything here. just a rowboat with a sheet tied to it.
something like this?
I mean it ain't gonna be super quick, but I don't think it will take THAT much effort to unfurl and tie down...
another 1000 posts tick off and we're nowhere near leveling. hmmm, may have to throw something really nasty your way. no hurry though, Level 4-8 are the sweet spot, I'd say.
Good on ya Groom, for not trusty your sneaky old captain. That is exactly the type of ruse I would revel in. unfortunately, i wasn't plotting against you this time. just a bit unclear on what the material's properties are.
To be clearer, the boxes are full of a soft black rock that crumbles easily. I've interchangeably used dirt and rocks as I reckon they're very soft talc or chalk like rocks that crumble and leave mounds of dirt behind when they are handled roughly.
I'm uncertain why it seems y'all are leaving the dirt unless you think the Grackle will sell it directly. i do find it funny you all are so obsessed about a box of rocks when you probably couldn't list the magic items you found on Raptor Island...
Lads currently doing a completions course through work, so will be up to my eyes until Thursday - if my posting is sporadic, please move things along as necessary...
Bizarrely was chatting to one of the guys on the course who was showing me a job for a Cyber Driller - feck knows what it is, but would look damn cool on the ol' business card lol.
Was just talking yesterday about a penetrometer (measures surface resistance) with a man that works at the business that designs them. He called himself the Penetration Specialist....to much laughter on our end of the phone.
Oh the Carry On style fun one could have with a Penetration Specialist...
Cyber Driller would probably be involved on one of the newer drilling rigs where most of the rig floor operations are computerised. Thus eliminating the soft fleshy meat bags that have a tendency to risk getting injured.

Ahhh getcha. Makes sense though, most drillers are hard-nosed machines with poor communication skills so makes sense to replace em with WOPR lol.
I have a 2-week trip to Italy coming up Saturday. I should have ready access to wi-fi for an occasional peak (and hopefully post) at the boards, but I doubt it will be a priority, as I am tour directing for our group. DM-PC as needed if there is too much of a delay.
