Hey all! I am going to run one of the Community Created Content adventure modules for Adventurers League. It is a tier 1 adventure (lvls 1 - 4) using the rules for Organized Play found here.

I am looking for 3 - 7 players.

I post multiple times a day during the week, and less frequently during the weekends. If you are not able to at least post once a day, you may not get what you hope to out of this game. I have had people drop out in the past, because they felt lost when they missed a day and noticed that there were 15+ posts.

That being said, I am very welcoming and prefer a focus on RP!

Here is the description of the module:

The Gommurg Clan rarely deal with outsiders. These hill dwarves have isolated themselves for centuries to work on their craft and guard an ancient and sinister structure. Unfortunately, the world around them does not rest easy. An exile of the clan has inadvertently brought terrible woes to his ancestral home, and now he frantically seeks help to save his people.

Any characters that may have ties to dwarves may find a little extra role-play to this one! Recruitment is now open!

I've been playing Pathfinder tabletop for almost a year now.
Were there any character restrictions or a specific way you want the character set up? Cause most of my characters are level 10/11. I am willing to create new level 1 characters if we're starting from the beginning though!

Also I've been used to playing with everyone having diverse characters and then the GM conjuring up a reason for why the group bands together. Would you be doing a similar thing or did you want the characters to have a connection to each other beforehand

This is the D&D 5th edition version of Pathfinder Society, called Adventurers League. Because it is organized play, you will need to start at 1st level, but you gain the first two levels pretty quickly.

If you need the rules, the basic rules are available online. The basic rules include the Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, and Wizard and is a good way to get your feet wet.

There are factions in AL, much like PFS, but the premise is that each organization has instructed the PCs to work with the others to safeguard Faerun from the dangers that threaten it. (Harpers and Zhentarim are ancient enemies, but even they have told their members, Play nice!) So wildly different PCs will likely be more accepting of each other.

The reason that I am doing Adventurers League, is that it is much more modular. PbP is much slower than at the table, and I have found that I do not have the endurance to do a whole campaign on the messageboards. AL also allows for modular groups as well, so do not worry about your character knowing the other PCs, if you don't want him or her to. Each module generally has a few hooks that could be used for a few PCs, whether faction based or otherwise.

Ok Alysha here. This is my goblin sorcerer 2 that I'll be using. :)

Okay, I just want to be sure that you want to use these characters. Goblins and Orcs are traditionally enemies of the dwarves, and I intend to provide roleplay encounters regarding this relationship.

That being said, there is something deliciously ironic about a clan of dwarves being saved by a half-orc and a goblin. :)
