Is there anyway to use your dex mod for melee touch attacks instead of str?

weapon finesse

I wasn't sure that would work because a melee touch is not a light weapon, or natural weapon.

It's LIGHTER than a light weapon. This is one of those things that's common sense, yet will spar a 20-page discussion/argument because some people are simply unable to comprehend using common sense to adjudicate the situation.

I totally agree. I was just hopin there was something official. I would be inclined to let someone use the better of dex or str, simply because I don't see how being strong makes you better at touching someone.

On p. 182 of the Core it lists a melee touch attack as an example of an "armed" unarmed attack. On the same page it says unarmed strikes count as light weapons. Light weapons are finessable. Therefore, you can finesse it.
