Well, I don't think you noticed this on my character sheet, but just so it doesnt shock anyone, Daxter has a familiar. Its an Aeon, named Hermes.
To the average onlooker, its a floating ball of light surrounded by crystals.
Link for you GM.

I have read up on that particular creature. I dont know what you mean by the 2nd part.
Just that all aeons (and most outsiders in general) are made from the souls of mortals, and in very rare instances, retain some memory of their mortal lives.
I'll get one ASAP. 'Bought' my equipment before you decided to tag along.
Aquila, your character sheet lists you as being broke. Does that mean you want to "trade in" some of your items? I'll let you grandfather them in and replace anything at full price (i.e. it will be done OOC, so you don't have to sell an item for half price).

Ok, thanks! I'll get rid of some of the arcane scrolls I took as backup! I'll send you the details!
Looking through I noticed I haven't played high level for a long time. Esp. never a druid.
Will be missing a leesser rod of extend. Nevertheless, I will be learning along the way.
Guys, I feel a little stupid for saying this, but let's remember that this is just a game. The IC conversation about freedom and stuff has IMO gotten a little heated, and I just want to make sure that people are making the argument in character and not getting personally involved. We choose to play in a world like Golarion where difficult issues like slavery, prostitution, and the like are not swept under the rug; it make it feel more "real" and adult. Tricky issues are bound to come out, but let's just remember: this is just a game, and we're all here to have fun.
Let me put it another way: I'm might be playing characters that want to kill you and eat your livers with fava beans and a nice chianti. That doesn't mean that I (Alex) want that or personally condone that sort of action (I much prefer liver and onions).
Please excuse me if I have overstepped my bounds or have mistaken intentions. I'm just trying to keep things running smoothly.

I know! My other characters would actually totally be on the other side of the argument. But as Aquila has been a slave himself he has a hard time accepting that slavery is a fact in Golarion and will do his utmost best to change this. (I know that Aquila's actions won't banish slavery any time soon, but he can try!)
Indeed, this is pretty fun, i haven't had a good back and forth in a long time. My wizard isn't necessarily for it either, he just sees the usefulness it has in society. And out of character, I am against it, but I like arguing. :)
Totally. And forced marriage, ugh. I just thought about how a PC from the southern regions might think about it, and esp., as this is still custom in some parts of our world (unfortunately).

I think it's safe to assume we're all decidedly anti-slavery. It seemed pretty clear that was an in-character discussion.

I was getting a bit worried myself. Montesquieu on the other hand is just looking for opportunities to stir up a little trouble. : )
Hi, so as I mentioned back in our old OOC thread, I will be out of town for the next week visiting my family. I may post from time to time, but probably won't be able to do it with much regularity. I will be back to regular posting on 3/26.
Just got back this evening, but am exhausted, so unfortunately, will not be posting until tomorrow (Sunday 3/27). On the positive side, my friend Mark gave me a tour of the empty Paizo office today, so that was very cool.
After looking at the rules of the Elemental Ladder (it's from an old d20 publication), I realized that it's not much of a challenge for characters of your level, so I will gloss over it slightly. Suffice it to say that your Climb checks are high enough to master the elemental ladder with ease.

Bummer.
And after Ursus spent so much time working up the crowd.
OK, once you finish asking Lord Pandisar any questions, you can all get on your way.
Question: What pictures do you want me to use for your characters once we start combat? Do you just want me to use the avatar pictures from these boards? Also, what pix do you want me to use for the eagle and lion?

For now, the same ones you used for Delirium's Tangle would be ok. Things might change when I get my character sketch.
And I have to agree, after > 200 posts I think it's ok to start the adventure! ;-)
