Your body feels like it's almost torn apart obviously humans were not meant to be teleported in this manner but being super humans you were able to survive the experience, mostly.
When you regain your composure you look around and see you are in a large chamber, similar to the one you just came from except there is no swirling green vortex here. On the wall in front of you there is some kind of etching carved into it. You can make a forbidden lore xenos test to try and figure out what it means.
Looking around there are a few exits from this chamber with glowing green glyphs on the passage ways exists.

Draex in his hurt state collapses as soon as he is reimaged on the other side.. throwing up bile which cause the ground to burn with his lava replaced blood. He made his toughness check but still teleporting is a strenuous action which he was not in the right stage of physical physique for.

The passages are very similar to the ones that were in the Obelisk. As you navigate the structure you come across other rooms that have similar sketches in the walls and it appears to be some sort of map of the complex. Aldegund quickly realizes this place is constructed which machine-like organization and precision.
Searching the passages, you find yourself in more passages of raw stone, and the humming begins to be overlaid by an intermittent buzzing sound. Heading towards the noise, you round a corner, and a wall to your side suddenly disintegrates inward. Behind it, a pale green light reflects off of more black metallic walls—a corridor that looks like it leads into a large, gloomy chamber. However, the light and the ruins distract you for a mere moment before a mass of Canoptek Scarabs descends on the collapsed ruins of the wall, devouring it in mere moments. You have but a moment before the tiny robots turn their attention away from the ore and towards the raw materials present in your bodies.

Your good with the blast range the horse is very big.
The blast detonates obliterating a large group of the scarabs shrinking the size of the horde coming out you significantly!
The scarab horde swarms up around everyone attacking with some sort of disruptor field.

Why you rolling twice for blademaster re-roll? that's just one re-roll. And why doing 2 attacks with swift on blood? It's just one attack and you get one hit for every 2 DoS. So you hit just once in total for all your attack.
The Horde took some heavy damage this round but it still is rather large and continues to attack the group.

Your able to push through but not without being attacked this round.
You see a vast spherical chamber with a catwalk running through the centre. All along the walls are ripples of movement. It looks like this room is some sort of Manufactorum or something similar.
