He does make some very, very poor decisions.

I'm planing on acquiring a servoskull that can assist me in crafting and that I can use to do the "menial" parts of crafting something basic, was just looking for a proper place/excuse to get it.

I dont want to kill him, I just think he was a fool XD I wanted it, since I'm spending 250XP on a Lesser Minion of Chaos talent and that would have been a perfect chance to acquire it.

Perhaps it is recoverable. It is mostly machine at this point.

hope I'm not pushing things along to fast for everyone. I'm trying to space out some posts to give everyone a chance to put in their posts if they want to so no one feels left behind. Some of you post a bit more frequently than others so trying to be conscious of that. If it's to slow or to fast last me know!

For the most part if we aren't in a conflict then I'm content to have him shadow/sneak off and take actions as late night asides.

I am enjoying the pace. Loving how each character gets to interact with each other. It really feels like im reading a story out of the warhammer 40k series. I have been slow with posting due to son's school projects and work. I will try to be more active.

Has anyone played any of the book adventures yet? Just curious so i know what to stay away from if I plan on running any of them as part of this game.

I know a few of you have played broken chains and the beginning of hand of corruption.

Time of Excess feels like it needs to have the tests spaced out across a broader campaign.(especially if its a group of murder hobos) Possibly running the tests in the background and using his trial as a review with a final task to prove themselves.

Disciple of Crox is a monster in the Temple of Lies. My high xp Nurgle player survived through incorporeal alone. That's as far as we got last night.

I'm fine with running either proper. My group is normally just two players + my stop gaps. That makes fighting a khornate with TB 8 ap 6 and a potential 25 dam w 2 pen + swift attack at ws70 a bad time, even with power armor on a hummie.
Bumps up to TB 11 on CSMs.

I have all the books and campaign but my friends really don't play w40k other than the tabletop and good ol' heresy.

I'm putting my DH2 players just finished a close encounter with a Lady of the Void at the cost of the Warp engine. I'm sending them to a nearby (3months out) space station for repairs and new crew. The station will fall about three weeks prior to their arrival due to the efforts of xenos changlings. Any ideas for some good sabotage they can uncover?

Is the object to take the station or destroy it?

If the object is to take it, the first target is life support followed by weapons and shields.

If you want to destroy it, blow up the power core.

The xenos have taken control to search for something(got more work to do here) and repair a ship for escape. (Hummies lew up the one they used to infiltrate)

They've killed all but one of the powerplants and exposed a large part of the station to vacuum. The station is also stuck in partial lockdown as the attack took guise of riots. I'm planning to have a hundred or so surviving hummies holed up in a cargo hold and around 40 xenos with some trapped in the hummie ranks.

Security footage(limited) and knowledge of protocol will lead them towards assuming rioting or something else mass mind altering(yay Lady). I'm just drawing a blank for clues beyond their crew disappearing for short time frames and the forges still running.

Blah, Iron Warriors can be tricky, but I think Draex and Menstras are top notch. I'm like the carpet lol
