Oops yes sorry, how many HP do you make Thorgar as having DH? I'm just going to make sure he's not dead as I think it's probably close.

Well, for some reason you aren't dead, but your body is no longer responding. Too much damage. It hurts, but it feels sort of distant, like you are dreaming about it.

You are still aware of your surroundings and can talk fine.

*Sigh* Yeah, I think that's probably wise, realistically most adventuring parties probably end up dead one way or another, failure makes success more valuable.

The thing is, you didn't fail and you didn't die. When you passed over the bridge you entered the First World (which is basically the primordial land of the fae).

It's frozen in a moment, which is why it is always twilight. Nothing in the First World can die. They can be hurt, but that's all.

The goblinoids heal very fast, like most things here. When you guys didn't heal the same way they were going to figure out that you were mortals and basically apologize and offer to help. They aren't really bad, they just really enjoy violence. It has no consequences for them, so it is recreational.

At the beginning of the encounter I asked for trust and said things weren't what they seemed. I guess it didn't sink in with the others.

I'm back guys, sorry for the absence, some RL got pretty heavy.

I'm still interested, and you didn't lose my trust DH. I could tell you were up to something even back at the bridge with Big Blue. But it does look like Carpes heart isn't in it anymore.

Let's see if the mouse shows back up?

Guys, I think I've run out of steam on this. I've been sick this last week, so my posting rate has been down, but last night I had to face the facts that between the extended holiday delays and losing two players, I just didn't have much motivation for this game anymore.

I had a great time with everything, but I think I'm going to leave the game off here. Not a bad run for a game I hadn't really meant to run in the first place. I was particularly happy with the forest scene. You guys were fantastic. I'm going to use that premise again in another game.

Yes loved the imagery there, its a real shame, it was a lot of fun. Would you mind changing the game status to inactive DH? So it no longer shows up on the campaigns tab.
