Shinon is a male, and Janiven has a Charisma score (and she knows how to use it). Moreso, though, Shinon feels like Janiven actually understands and respects his desire to clean up and protect this city. Basically, Shinon feels a kind of kinship with Janiven as a fellow citizen of Westcrown who wants to change it for the better and he respects her desire to really act on it, like he did when he was a vigilante.

To be fair, I actually own a copy of The Bastards of Eberus, so I have a bit of a leg-up there, but I just chalk that up to my character having max ranks in Know (Local), lol.
Shinon, I've changed stats and bumped up the armigers in the book. Since the group is really playing a group of 6 rather than 4, and you all ahve some buils that were not published when the AP came out.

I'm not using it to cheat or anything, don't worry. I haven't read the whole thing through yet, just the foreground and the description of the city starting on page 48. (And the section about Tieflings, because it was so interesting).
I'm saving the surprises for this game. Especially now that the group I was planning to run it for IRL didn't work out. *sigh*

I will remind everyone that the PCs are good natured generally and the heroes. Evil was not permitted under the creation guidelines. I'm not planning on being an absolute stickler on alignment but I won't permit it to get out hand either. To have fun at the expense of few armigers as a practical joke is one thing but poisoning with the intent to harm is another.
Shinon and Andrea went though the south east gate. Duncan went through the east gate before your group. Janiven went through the north ruined gate. Shinon's and Andrea's group did not return their horses to the stable. Everyone split into smaller groups to avoid potential watchful eyes.
At this point Andrea and Shinon are back at the temple talking. Larko and Rizzrdo, Fiosa and Schlavo are there too. Shinon you wll ahve to explore the tample a bit to figure out the roof line.
Duncan and Gorvio are at the stables.
John, Kenji and Arael are entering the East gate now.
Ok. I will DMpc you if anything happens. There are a few social interactions that will occur but I will have you in the background. Strong silent type.

Technically, the dragon is still doing a flyby as the orcs divert your attention a bit. Kenji the dragon just wants to hear yoru accent as it echoes within his tummy. LOL
I did not flesh this topic out early on, so I better to so now. To add depth to the characters, I was going to introduce potential romance if character's desires. Mature theme but nothing too vulgar and certainly within the forums perimeters. Is this ok with everyone? Don't worry about saying don't go there, you will not be upsetting me.

I'd be fine with that. I (the player) wouldn't feel awkward at all if two PCs or a PC and an NPC in the group were a couple. Shinon on the other hand...lol but that's just roleplaying, it has nothing to do with whether I as a player have a problem with it.
I was having a tough time resizing Duncan as a token. I manipulated the other tokens and in the object field.
I'm not sure how to put cooridates for the hexes yet. Numbers across the horizontal and letters across the vertical. I'm still tinkering and learning, its a slow process. Thankfully, there are tons of user created textures, objects and images out there. I don't see me getting much more complex than what you see (at least not for a while).
I, also, need to figure out how to import the digital image from the module pdf. I haven't gotten that far yet.

It's cool, I have a really good imagination and if it is done well it can be a lot of fun so I don't mind.
Poor Kenji however is not the romantic sort of guy and his poor little heart is fraught with confusion from the actions of Janiven mainly. The other girl me met has caught his interest but not in the same way Janiven has. To him, he feels both Janiven and himself have a lot in common. And she keeps gosh darn flirting with the poor boy! Can't wait to see how you deal with that. Gonna be funny at least.

You can no doubt find a good apprentice in the group.
I don't care how the group decides to divide loot and items, that is up for you to decide. As a general rule items, weapon and armor can be sold for 50% of CRB value. Andrea or anyone else keeping tabs of the items can assign that value to the goods. There will be some special items that are harder to identify, or may have different value associated with them but I will tell warn you of that when applicable.
General items in the CRB/APG are available, excluding alchemical items. I negotiate those items differently. Requests for buying magical items are handled separately through the GM (we roleplay and I roll out to see what is available.) I try to limit the magic mart scenerio a bit. Yes, I know most magical items in the CRB/APG should be available in city this size but I run a game to be more challenging. Sorry.
This AP was published before books such as APG, so the encounters in the AP need to be updated to account for many of these new abilities, effects and items.
