The metallic tentacle slams into Rolund as it wraps itself around his midsection. Rolund struggles to free himself from its grasp as he heals the injuries he sustained.
Swift action (Lay on Hands): 2d6 ⇒ (3, 1) = 4.
Standard action (escape grapple): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22 plus best of Action Point: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 6) = 11.

"Something is wrong... I am going in." Ezreal strides to the water's edge and plunges in. Oh g#~$~&mit this is cold.
Swim 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (17) + 0 = 17
Full Round action for 15 feet of swimming distance.
Since Gilbot is out of commission right now maybe I can cling to it, sharing a square.
If I can use it for cover, U17.
If not, T17.

You can swim over the Gilbot, if you wish.
Ez swims down into the murk. It's hard to see, but he thinks he can make out the shadowy shapes of the kraken and Basher, gripped within its coils. Then, as Bor and his cohorts give the rope a very hard pull, the golem-cephalopod is pulled into much closer view. Its red glowing eyes peer at the wizard dispassionately.
Kraken's STR check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
AoO from Rolund as it is dragged past ad over him. Prepared to consult on whether Basher would get one as he's currently grapped. Bet Ez is now really pleased that the kraken is so close.
After that, I think it's Rolund's go.

Rolund takes a swing as the construct squid is pulled past him before proceeding to help the warforged charger escape the tentacle’s grip.
AoO (-2 slashing): 1d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 13 - 2 = 25. Damage (1/2 slashing): 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6.
Swift Action (Lay on Hands): 2d6 ⇒ (4, 5) = 9.
Standard action: Aid another to escape grapple.
Aid Another (Basher): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22.
Move Action: nil.

Gil continues to try to get the adamantine jumpsuit functioning again I know it's done, and you know it's done, but she doesn't know it's done. She's currently blind and deaf, but she knows she's under water and her tender skin's going to be no problem for the squid to disassemble at leisure. She'll continue to try to make it work.

Clinging to Gilbot like a lobster on a rock Ezreal points one hand over her shoulder and garbles some kind of arcane phrase. Three different lightning bolts arc out from his fingertips to the ship destroyer of a construct that is getting entirely too close for comfort.

Gil:
Ezreal blasts the kraken-golem with electrical bolts - possibly hazardous underwater, but the Karrnathi mage skillfully manages to limit the damage to the kraken itself. The damage is perhaps not as much as Ezreal had hoped for - clearly the kraken's mechanisms are well-fortified - but at least one hit seems to inflict some serious harm. Its red eyes now focus on the wizard.
Man - whose go is it now? The kraken's?

The kraken grips Basher with one tentacle and lashes out at Ezreal with the rest.
1d20 + 17 - 4 ⇒ (15) + 17 - 4 = 28 to hit Ezreal, damage 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (4, 2) + 7 = 13 and on a successful hit, CMB 1d20 + 25 - 4 ⇒ (12) + 25 - 4 = 33 to start a grapple.
CMB to retain hold of Basher: 1d20 + 25 - 4 ⇒ (7) + 25 - 4 = 28
We seem to have departed from any recognisable initiative order, but who cares! Let's say it's Rolund, then Gil (I think her last action was actually the one from the previous round), then Ez, then Basher, then Bor and the rope-pullers.

Gil effectively delayed last round, so if you don't want to give her an action this round, that's understandable. If you do, she will try another repair.
Concentration 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26
I thought I had used all my RMD scrolls, but now that I look closer, I had it backwards - it's my RLD that are gone. Grr.

Actually it was Basher’s turn. He hasn’t taken an action this round yet. It can’t be my turn again. I just used Aid another to assist Basher.
Basher continues his rage to escape the tentacle’s grip with some assistance from the bone knight.
Free Action: Rage 2 of 9 rounds.
Standard Action: break grapple.
CMB (+2 Aid Another): 1d20 + 16 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 16 + 2 = 27.
Move Action: nil.
Best I can figure it, we need to skip Rod and Bor then start with Janosz (aid another), Lurker (whose actions have been rolled), Runzyl (aid another), LB (aid another), Rolund, Gil, Ez, Basher, Rod (aid another) and Bor (the recipient of the aids, ideally Heathy should roll for Bor after he does his aid another check). This should get us back on track.
Bor 17
Janosz 15+
The lurker 15-
Runzyl 14(?)
LB 11+
Rolund 11-
Gil 10
Ez 7+
Basher 7-
Rod 5

Actually there is no need to delay. It was your turn after I had my AoO and aiding Basher. After your repair spellcasting, it was Ez’s turn which he used by casting scorching ray. Then it should have been Basher’s attempt to escape the grapple followed by Rod. However, we’re skipping Rod and Bor so we can have all the aid others follow one another until it culminates with Bor’s turn at the start of the initiative order to pull the lurker.

One second Ezreal is there struggling in the armored tentacle while clinging to Gil and the next he and Gil in her armored suit vanish and water instantly rushes in to fill the void.
Back up on the stairs, he gasps for breath while water pours off of both him and the construct. The mage slides down from the shoulder of the armored device. "Nearly immune," he chokes out, "to my lightning."
Man I miscalculated. Didn't realize I needed to beat 10+ grappler's CMB to cast while grappled. I was going to hang out and hit it with a couple magic missiles then retreat, but I'm not likely to be able to retreat when in dire need so I better do it now.
Concentration to Cast while grappled 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (19) + 16 = 35 vs DC 35
Defensive Casting to avoid provoking 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (14) + 16 = 30 vs DC 23
Dimension Door back up the stairs with the others. Taking Gil with me. The suit would count as a large and her as a medium which is my limit. EDIT: (If it even works like that. If the suit counts as an independent object it gets a will save. Even if I pull it I might pull only it and not Gil... I only thought of this after posting.)

It says you can bring an object if it weighs less than your limit, but that doesn't seem to apply to creatures where the limit is their size rather than their weight. I guess the oblects thing probably relates to items you can carry personally as gear, rather then things which occupy spaces on their own, so doesn't really apply here, and the suit is sort-of a creature, even though at 10,000lbs it is certainly more than Ez's weight limit.
Concentrating carefully even as the kraken's steel loops grip him ever tighter, Ezreal manages to cast his spell and extricate both himself and Gil. Their abrupt disappearance causes the water to swirl, stirring up muck and debris.
Basher.

Basher’s rage causes him to ignore the bone knight’s assistance to escape. He takes his frustration out on the construct squid.
Free action: Rage 3 of 9 rounds.
Full round action: attack construct squid.

And Bor, too; pulls on the rope;

An angry Basher is a scary Basher. Venting his frustration, he tears into the kraken, smashing, pounding and ripping. Several of the kraken's tentacles are torn off, one of its eyes smashed, and its armour plating left ragged down one side. But they clearly build them tough in House Cannith - it is still functional, barely.
Kraken's STR roll: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (16) + 7 = 23
On the rope, Bor and his assistants drag the kraken further out of the water.
AoOs from Bor and LB.
