Pulling all the doors open several goblins look surprised from what they were doing, some were sleeping on straw pallets in one room, another repairing leather armor, another had a dire rat spread eagle on a table or bed, another room was an armory, goblins were talking in another room....
In other words a blur of sudden activity!

The rooms....
16 pallets are strewn about this room, after searching you find a few coins 5d10 ⇒ (3, 1, 3, 9, 6) = 22 coppers.
Strainers, mashers, pots, and other utensils are in this room and on a table, as well as a funnel and several bottles that have been capped and filled 2d4 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 bottles of goblin beer.

A dire rat is tied spread eagle to a table here, the rat has several tumors and growths that appear vaugly woody and fruit-like.
Weapons room, 30 javelins and 5 short-swords. A door stands in the back right side of this room
The back left corner of this room is caved in and a tunnel opens there.

"I don't fancy crawling into there..." She gives her opinion.

Gurukk slams his hands together in a clap then starts rubbing them together fast until his hands almost appear to glow. Then he lays his hands on Respen's wounds.

She stands, brushing dirt from her trousers, "Okay, but what do we do about this?" She indicates the tunnel. "No telling what might come out while we're killing things further off in the complex."

Xane tilts her head and looks first at Erky quizzically then at the rest of the group.
"You...tied...the Goblins....to...the doors...?" She also appears slightly flummoxed by people's behavior. "I would have been happy with, y'know, rocks?" As she indicates the rubble and ruin scattered about the place.

As they get the door ready, Respen takes a bottle of goblin beer since his flask is almost dried up of spirits. Then moves to help out Erky move the door and the goblins to block up the cave. "I guess it will give any a warning who try to come down here. Just make sure to be wearing gloves or gaunlets when handling the dead goblins there disgusting."

The door leads into a short hallway which quickly opens into a large
Nodules of luminescent fungus hang from the ceiling and walls, and grow in clumps upon the flagged floor. The vasuely nauseous light illuminates portions of grand bas-relief carvings on the stone walls that are not covered with the self-same fungus. The carvings all consist of dragons in various stages of raining fire down upon terrified, humans, elves, dwarves and other people. Soil and compost sover half of the chamber’s floor, which allows a variety of wan grasses to grow. A bench containing simple gardening impliments stands along the west wall.

Gurukk casts burning disarm on that bugbear
This spell causes a metal object to instantly become red hot. A creature holding the item may attempt a Reflex save to drop it and take no damage (even if it is not their turn), otherwise the hot metal deals 1d4 points of fire damage per caster level (maximum 5d4). Circumstances that prevent the creature from dropping the item (such as a locked gauntlet) mean the creature gets no saving throw. The heat does not harm the item, and it does not get hot enough or last long enough to ignite flammable objects. The item cools to its previous temperature almost instantly. If cast underwater, burning disarm deals half damage and boils the surrounding water.

As the door opens and the tableau unfolds, Xane raises an eyebrow and scratches her head as Gurukk lets fly with his power,

"Hey! I'm not saying a Bugbear is some of the nicest type of people either." She clarifies.
