Hunh it has a 20ft range increment.. so 100ft and thrown weapons can go 5... so as far out as possible as its touch and its not like the tree or ground is moving

So 100 feet? Gotcha. You're taking Concealment penalties from dim light at that distance. And I'm assuming no attempt at Stealth.

Sort of...I kind of forgot that it's adjacent, not "within their Reach". The tactic for this creature suggest that may not be the case, but it doesn't have a specific ability that says so, so it's a wash.

I did forget one other ability though:

Pull: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24

The Hangman Tree's vines pull Sledge off the ground by his neck, leaving him dangling 5 feet above the ground next to the insidious creature!

None that I can think of. Though Sledge has used the Enlarge Extract and would request another, I guess. Probably assume he does that at the beginning of any day after using it the day before.
