Yuukyou hops the fence. Somehow at the same time, the back row kobold's nose and ears starts bleeding and he crumples to the ground unceremoniously.

Umberto brings Bielsi back from the brink by tapping the infinite healing keg that is Cayden Cailean! Bielsi wakes up in stupor, eyes wide with shock. His ghost is gone, but he doesn't waste time over this as he stares at the spikes jutting out of his gut! Ren keeps holding the rope, enabling Bielsi to climb out of the hole, un-impaling himself from the spikes like a boss!

Frostwind gets up and gracefully heads to the backyard to position herself in front of the kobolds.

Kim stands up and readies herself, and Soldier's Glory casts Aid on Kim!

The three remaining kobolds scream in fear as they see one of their buddies fall to the ground mysteriously! two of them take parting shots and leave the room to go hide in other parts of the house! the last one closes the door and follows his buddies!

You may heal, do things that take time, etc. The kobolds are holed up in there and not going anywhere. The windows are boarded and would require the proper tools and several minutes of work to remove. Or about 5 rounds of work with an axe. The door is solid oak, appears barred from the inside, and further secured with rusty old locks. The backdoor is conveniently unlocked, but has a 10-foot deep opened spiked pit in front of it and has been used by the kobolds as a chokepoint.

Still nervous about torching anything in the house, Ren takes up a position watching the back exits.

Now that the door is opened you can tell the singing is coming from the north bedroom. As you step into the house you find yourself in a dining room.

Thick rugs cover baseboards worn smooth by years of occupation. An unfinished meal sits on a polished oak table. Broken dishes and overturned bookshelves and chairs clutter the floor. Books and sheaves of parchment are stacked haphazardly in and around the fireplace, some charred beyond recognition.

Further inside, in the room where the kobolds mounted their defense, you see some kind of folksy museum. In there you see a broken grandfather clock on the southern wall announces the hour with a distorted chime. Shards of glass carpet the western half of the room around a series of shattered display cases. Paintings and tapestries cover the walls from floor to ceiling. Jagged rips and tears deface a grand painting of a heavily armored human woman slaying a red dragon.

In the bedroom to the north you can hear the kobolds singing.

Having learned a lesson from her host, she does not go straight through the door, but passes through the wall adjacent to it, again.

She will remove any bars to the door or unlock and open it, if she has a chance. If she does not, she will simply do as suggested and introduce the kobolds to Oblivion.

Bielsi wishes he could say he was surprised by this turn of events. Having already been on the receiving end of one of these little surprises, it was just what he expected.

"A shame, I was going to suggest we take what's in this room and leave them to their own devices, as well," he comments before casting ba spell and tapping Zarisha on the shoulder.
