oh DM what was Hezar able to sell the Worg pelts for?


The worg pelts are larger than an equivalent wolf pelt, but the fur is nastier and matted, the flesh tough and smelly - you'd probably be able to get 8, 9 gold pieces for both. There's a market of almost anything!

Sorry, spent an extra couple of days away - it was great just to escape from everything and unwind :-) Only real bad part: mosquitoes. Hateful little creatures. I'm going to try and create an encounter where you guys can just mow down a swarm of the buggers - giant ones maybe. It'll be cathartic!

Ugh - apologies. When I applied the healing the last number in my head was the 5 points of damage Landon and Belgrin took from the stinging locust swarm. So it took the place of the 6 points your channel actually delivered.

Greetings all!

Our numbers seem to be running a bit thin of late - just wanted to check in and see who was still around. As far as I know:

- Amestri (Dark Netwerk) has emailed me and has advised that he's dropping out of the game;

- Soren (played by Drake Somerset) has been gone for ages - I can only assume that he's had to drop out for one reason or another;

- Landon - one of our originals - hasn't been around for a bit. He last posted that he was taking care of his sick wife and child; hope all is well there.

So, currently active players are:

- Hezar
- Janiries
- Belgrin
- Matthias

So, as it stands, we've lost two or three players (depending on Landon's status). I hold myself to account for this - my posting has been less consistent than it should have been, and I'm also questioning the direction the storyline has taken of late - I don't think it's holding interest.

I put the question to you, my players - how should we proceed? I'm looking for input on both the storyline and on bolstering our numbers.

I think the storyline is fine, it is just the sparseness of posting that has made it drag. I think if we are able to get the posting pace back up the storyline will fall in line.

Also I see no reason not to continue as a party of 4

I have no qualms with the current plot; my own posts aren't exactly hectic in pace, though part of that is just my character's imagined nature, I would think. I seem to have a habit of creating characters that are better at responding to plot than creating it. I need to work on that. I'm just sad to see characters drop, especially when some of them were interacting so well.

I have no problem with the plot either. Sandbox games can get kind of vague as to purpose at times, but I don't feel that right now. We have a goal to move toward, and interesting people to meet. I'm good.
