You haven't got any particularly expensive items and Sandpoint is a lucrative trading town so I don't have an issue with this. I see a lot of trade as barter anyway, people would actually prefer expensive items to heavy money as they did in the middle ages and before, so when you have an item of jewellery worth X gold, you often won't be selling it but trading it directly for what you want, if what you want is expensive enough.
How much time you take is up to you, really. The Priest of Torag in the temple is able to handle basic enchantments but he can't go above +1. He will write you a note if you want to visit the larger temple in Magnimar, though.
