Vel swears, then immolates. Flames explode for fifteen feet around her body, engulfing the vines but leaving her allies untouched. Unfortunately for her, the vine nearest seems immune.

Vel
Kia is doing jury service. I'm rolling at her request.
Wondering what the dwarf could possibly have said that to bring Arianwyn to his knees, Kia quells her curiosity in favour of keeping her fellow eladrin alive to ask him.
"Up you get!," she calls encouragingly.
Inspiring Word (first use this encounter) - Arianywn gets use of a surge + 2d6=7 hp.
Looking around, she sees Reason under attack and gets him clear.
Wolf Pack Tactics. Moves Reason back and mallets V2.
1d20+11=26; 1d8+5=12 damage to V2
Her new longsword is clearly inspiring her, as well as her allies.
Whiteclaw, snarls, swings and misses, but marks V4, defying the ambulant vine to touch anyone but her.
1d20+10=14 - miss.

So I rolled this before I remembered I was dazed, haha. I had planned on going to I13 but would it be alright if I used that roll for a throwing shield attack? In which case it would be 12 damage
You can keep the attack roll Gobi. Throwing shield it is.
Gobi adds a fresh stain to his shield as he slices into S4. Not even the fug in his brain stops him landing a substantial hit on the arrogant vintner.
V1 tries once more to attack Vel, but fails miserably.
1d20+14=19 v AC - miss
V2 chars further and is now oozing sap as it shifts towards Seraphiel and fails entirely to strike him with encroaching tendrils. As it moves, the flames surrounding it flicker and die away.
1d20+14=16 v AC - miss Save v ongoing fire 1d20=15
V3 lashes at the prone form of Arianwyn, finding easier meat there and inflicts more damage on the eladrin.
1d20+14 = 28 v AC; 1d10+6 = 8 hp damage to Arianwyn
V4 also adds to the damage count, flailing wildly at Whiteclaw and somehow finding a vulnerable spot. The gnoll bares her teeth involuntarily.
1d20+14 = 27 v AC; 1d10+6 = 7hp damage to Whiteclaw
I know this is a faff, but it would be great if you could pop a reminder in when one of my cursed bods dies, as sometimes I miss it as there are lots of the beggars! Please, thank you, please.
Yup. Shall do Arianwyn. Try to anyway... Neither of them has so far.
Divine light pours over the encroaching vine that threatens to entangle reason and a few more branches sizzle in the radiant blast.
Slightly less assured than they were, the vintners nonetheless try to work their words into weapons against the party once more.
Failing to take failure as a reason to stop assaulting Gobi, S2 tries and fails to find something to get past the paladin's defenses, but Avandra's light burns strongly in him and he blandly ignores the vintner.
S3 tries to capitalise on his earlier success and backs cautiously away from the now recovering warlock before turning on his heel and hissing at Seraphiel. "Fallen angel" is not good enough to touch the deva.
S4 can't give up on taking down what he clearly regards as a renegade dwarf. "Duergar", he sneers, looking straight at Gobi. The insult hits hard and Gobi cannot help reacting to it.
Shifting behind Kia, Seraphiel launches a bolt of searing sunshine into the vine assaulting Vel and shoves it backwards away from the mage.
Sun Strike (Ref) v V1 (1d20+9=22, 1d8+6=9)
Gobi's craghammer crashes into the vine as he steps protectively in front of the cowering towel-clad figure and lends aid to his old battle comrade. Whiteclaw grins slightly at the familiar sight.
Reacting instinctively, the plant shifts away from the flames, pulling Vel with it and, wrapping itself around her so she can barely move. As the vines tighten, she feels life slipping away from her.
The vintner moves purposefully towards the portal.
S3 and S4 also start to move towards the portal, pausing only to add further soul-destroying comments en route. S3 looks hard at Arianwyn and repeats his earlier accusation.
"True traitor to your blood. You disgust me."
As before, the initial comment hurts horribly, but the vintner quails before the icy blue glare that greets him and cannot follow through.

Vel's limp body drops from the vine's tendrils as it looks for further conquests.
Vel is no longer grabbed or restrained. Reason, you may wish to note that Vel has not used her second wind this encounter so you can CPR her as a minor on your next turn. It's a DC10, so you can't fail.

Reason's hp have been updated, no longer bloodied. He should be at D6 so he is not adjacent to a baddie. Sorry Vel, I tried.
Amended on the map (unbloodied and now in the correct place). The vines are dumb, the vintners aren't. She'd be a lot, lot closer to dead if you hadn't acted.
Kia feels out of any inspiration regarding her friend, but she does manage to think of something. She moves to C6, takes hold of Vel and moves back to F9, dragging Vel to F8.
Then, putting all her healing skills to the test, she tries to urge the unconscious wizard to wake up.
I think the vine gets an OA on Vel, but it doesn't matter since she revives from zero anyway. (It wasn't as risky as it might appear, because if the basic roll had failed, Kia could have used her Raven gift to add an additional +4 to the roll)
The vine slaps pathetically at Vel as Kia drags the bedraggled mage clear of the dangerous plant.
Once in the safety of Gobi's divine aura, the warlord shouts encouragingly at her friend, urging her back to life.
1d20+14=17 - OA: V1 v Vel. Misses.
Whiteclaw loses her temper completely with the vine in front of her. Snarling, she circles to flank with her old friend and swings with her battleaxe. Sap pours from the plant as tendrils fly in all directions.
1d20+12=23;1d10+5=12 hp damage to V4. Bloodied.
"Concentrate on one thing at a time," she growls to her comrades.

Arianwyn's abrupt departure leaves V3 advancing inexorably on S4, despite the vintner's frantic attempts to call the thing off.
V3 v S4 (AC) (1d20+14=20, 1d10+6=14)
Swearing violently in dwarven, the vintner cannot fend off his erstwhile ally and emerges bloodied and bruised from the tendrils.
V4 makes no attempt to escape, but clasps wildly at the gnoll, not only missing her, but bringing about its own demise as Gobi's divine light engulfs it. A small bunch of charred grapes falls between the companions and they are free to move on to other enemies.
Yusiri stirs slightly, finally starting to take notice of the events unfolding around him.

Reason backs away from the threatening vine and calls on Ioun to drive the vintner away from the portal and into the awaiting plant. Then Ioun is channeled again to heal Vel.
Only half of Reason's prayers are answered. Vel certainly seems much better, but the vintner easily avoids taking the suggestion that running into the vine would be a good idea.
Raising an admonitory finger, he shakes his head at the cleric. "What bad manners."
Neither vintner is in a good position as they both now realise. Sizing up the situation, they both opt to move clear. In the case of S2, heading towards the wine vat, and in the case of S4, carefully shifting away from the vine and taking refuge in the surrounding trees.
