I have several more minutes of flight - I only used up one. I can go wherever the party tells me to! And invisibly, too!

Valeeran used his flight but does have spider climb and G. Invisibility. I could also enlarge someone and they could go in as a "giant".

Hello everyone,

I must first off, apologize for the delay in getting this posted, it has been a rough few weeks and gaming took a low priority. I could give a number of reasons, but what it boils down to is that I’m stepping away from the Paizo site for a while, at least until my life settles down, perhaps longer.

RPing with many of you has been enjoyable, and for those I just started playing with, I wish it could have been longer. For games I’m a PC, feel free to bot or remove my PC however you see fit. For those I am GMing, I leave it up to you to decide if you want to find a replacement or let the game die.

If anyone is interested in a more detailed explanation of what’s going on, feel free to PM me. I may not divulge every personal detail, but I could provide a bit more to those I have spent so much time with.

Revisions:
I swapped out Power Attack feat for Combat Reflexes and reduced my wealth level to from 8th to 7th at 23,500. I also added wands and swapped out Perform Oratory for UMD. Alignment to chaotic neutral.

HP rolls: 8d8 + 18 + 9 + 8 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 2, 1, 7, 6, 4) + 18 + 9 + 8 = 67
I'm wizard squishy. Thank goodness for mirror image.

Will do! My most recent character was killed by an huge air elemental. It could be Déjà vu. He rose from the dead and converted faiths from the experience. Darn it, I forgot to purchase a Raise Dead scroll. I know I was forgetting something!

FYI, Casting defensively and initiative rolls are ability checks which Good Hope gives a +2 morale modifier.

Euh, that's a good idea you had there Anja, but I'm not sure you can "voluntarily" fail your save? It's something you are always entitled to, so....

I know I've heard of it before. This is the closest reference I can find to it. And it makes sense, especially in a case like this. She just doesn't move out of the way. Now, voluntarily failing a fortitude save might be harder to imagine... Okay, body. Take the nice germs, and make them feel at home. Don't fight it, that's it... just get sick...

Yes, vs spells I know of some cases. It's similar to lowering your SR (as a std action).

When it's normal saves, I wouldn't think so. Since you make a reflex save in the 100% open desert terrain, while prone and dazed, I would rule that this is a case where "luck" also has to be part of it. The wind might not catch your body/garments as effectively while on the move, as it did while it was centered around you, for example.

I'm a big fan of GM moderation and interpretation even if it goes against the letter of the law.

As far as luck goes, I'd say that's reflected in the die roll. And since the rules say you can forfeit it for a spell-based save, I think it's reasonable to infer that you could similarly forfeit it for a non-spell saving throw.
